海陽核電2#機(jī)組鋼制穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:隨著大跨度的重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,在核電站設(shè)計(jì)和建造中也得到了較大的運(yùn)用,且核電站中的重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)一般形態(tài)各異,不屬于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的民用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)類型,所以按照一般民用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工的方法和質(zhì)量管理要求,將難以達(dá)到核電質(zhì)保等級(jí)的要求,出于對(duì)核安全的考慮,研究出一套重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在核電站設(shè)計(jì)和建造中的施工質(zhì)量管理方法將是一個(gè)重要而現(xiàn)實(shí)的課題。在核電鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的制造、安裝過程中,由于人員資質(zhì)和技能、原材料、施工技術(shù)方案等因素的影響,不免出現(xiàn)各種質(zhì)量問題,為了減少和提前發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決這些頻發(fā)的質(zhì)量問題,更加迫切需要研究一套適用于核電站的重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造安裝的質(zhì)量管理方法來指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)建設(shè)。通過海陽核電2#機(jī)組鋼制穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)的建造施工過程,來研究和探討核電站大跨度重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量管理方法,首先介紹了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和核電鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工質(zhì)量管理的要點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),并對(duì)難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。接著剖析了質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng)中常見的問題,并利用專家打分法對(duì)問題進(jìn)行了分類和總結(jié),歸納出質(zhì)量管理問題的特征,后期結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理問題的分類進(jìn)行逐一解決處理。其次,結(jié)合4M1E的質(zhì)量管理方法和核電現(xiàn)場管理的要求,利用分層法分析出常見質(zhì)量問題的原因,以穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工的質(zhì)量管理全過程為實(shí)例,論文整體按照施工前期準(zhǔn)備,施工實(shí)施過程,施工完工驗(yàn)收三個(gè)階段的工作要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行論述,明確了穹頂工程質(zhì)量管理的方法,并針對(duì)常見的質(zhì)量問題,在質(zhì)量管理方法中加以說明,使質(zhì)量管理方法不但能夠有效的解決發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題,更能提前預(yù)防容易發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題。最后,闡述了穹頂工程的施工質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)施保障措施。主要通過對(duì)組織體系和制度,質(zhì)保程序、職責(zé)分工、人員授權(quán)管理的明確和細(xì)化,對(duì)質(zhì)量管理過程中的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)的實(shí)施提出了一些明確的措施,使質(zhì)量管理的措施更為有效和順利地實(shí)施。研究成果對(duì)核電站的大跨度重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工質(zhì)量管理具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)國內(nèi)其他核電同類工程的施工品質(zhì)管理具有一定的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the large-span heavy steel structure, it has been used in the design and construction of nuclear power station, and the heavy steel structure in the nuclear power station is generally different in shape and does not belong to the standard civil steel structure type. Therefore, according to the general civil steel structure construction methods and quality management requirements, it will be difficult to meet the requirements of nuclear power quality assurance grade, out of nuclear safety considerations, It will be an important and realistic subject to study a set of construction quality management method of heavy steel structure in the design and construction of nuclear power station. In the process of manufacturing and installation of nuclear power steel structure projects, various quality problems inevitably occur due to the influence of personnel qualifications and skills, raw materials, construction technical schemes, etc. In order to reduce and solve these frequent quality problems, it is more urgent to study a set of quality management methods for manufacturing and installation of heavy-duty steel structures in nuclear power plants to guide production and construction. Through the construction process of steel dome structure of Haiyang nuclear power unit in 2#, the quality management method of large-span heavy-duty steel structure in nuclear power station is studied and discussed. This paper first introduces the research situation at home and abroad and the key points and difficulties of construction quality management of nuclear power steel structure engineering, and analyzes and summarizes the difficulties. Then the common problems in the quality management activities are analyzed, and the problems are classified and summarized by the expert scoring method, and the characteristics of the quality management problems are summed up, which are solved one by one with the classification of the quality management problems in the later stage. Secondly, according to the quality management method of 4M1E and the requirement of nuclear power field management, the causes of common quality problems are analyzed by stratification method. Taking the whole process of construction quality management of dome structure engineering as an example, the whole paper is prepared according to the pre-construction period. The main work points of the three stages of construction completion and acceptance are discussed, the methods of quality management of dome engineering are clarified, and the common quality problems are explained in the quality management method. So that the quality management method can not only effectively solve the quality problems, but also prevent the quality problems easily occurring in advance. Finally, the paper expounds the measures to guarantee the construction quality management of dome engineering. Through the definition and refinement of the organizational system and system, quality assurance procedures, division of duties, personnel authorization management, and the implementation of key and difficult points in the process of quality management, some clear measures are put forward. To make the quality management measures more effective and smooth implementation. The research results have important guiding function to the construction quality management of the large-span heavy steel structure engineering of nuclear power plant, and have certain reference value to the construction quality management of other similar nuclear power projects in our country.
