【摘要】：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)和民族的希望,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的繼承者,大學(xué)生人格如何發(fā)展以及是否健全發(fā)展,這與國(guó)家的前途命運(yùn)息息相關(guān)。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期間,社會(huì)各階層貧富差距拉大以及弱勢(shì)群體受欺等社會(huì)問(wèn)題正逐漸凸顯,社會(huì)利益集團(tuán)也逐漸形成并穩(wěn)固,社會(huì)流動(dòng)渠道的不暢通導(dǎo)致社會(huì)上升空間逐漸縮小,社會(huì)各階層結(jié)構(gòu)也呈現(xiàn)凝固化態(tài)勢(shì)。在這種社會(huì)大環(huán)境的影響下,某些地方和領(lǐng)域社會(huì)失范現(xiàn)象增多,社會(huì)規(guī)則受到挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊,社會(huì)道德底線(xiàn)失守,社會(huì)價(jià)值與共識(shí)缺失。由此引發(fā)的社會(huì)矛盾加劇,直接影響著社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和人民生活,特別是對(duì)大學(xué)生人格的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了比較嚴(yán)重的影響。近幾年反應(yīng)比較強(qiáng)烈的仇富仇官心理就是階層固化發(fā)展趨向的突出表現(xiàn)。從頻繁發(fā)生的"官二代"、"富二代"、"星二代"事件及其他大學(xué)生違法犯罪現(xiàn)象可以看出,階層固化趨向已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到了大學(xué)生人格健全發(fā)展。因此,論文立足于階層固化趨向?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生人格發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的影響,主要分為三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。第一部分,社會(huì)階層格局對(duì)大學(xué)生人格健全發(fā)展的意義。對(duì)階層固化趨向與大學(xué)生人格健全發(fā)展的概念以及關(guān)系進(jìn)行論述,并確定本文的研究范圍。第二部分,階層固化趨向?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生人格健全發(fā)展的影響及原因。在對(duì)調(diào)查報(bào)告的總結(jié)和對(duì)真實(shí)案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)和歸納出大學(xué)生在人格健全發(fā)展方面存在著諸多問(wèn)題,并從家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)校和大學(xué)生自身等多方面分析呈現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因。第三部分,化解階層固化趨向?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生人格發(fā)展影響的基本路徑,重點(diǎn)著力從家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、大學(xué)生自身修養(yǎng)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行大學(xué)生健全人格的培養(yǎng)和提升。政府應(yīng)健全完善相關(guān)制度,努力構(gòu)建社會(huì)各群體之間的生態(tài)和諧、學(xué)校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)相關(guān)建設(shè),為大學(xué)生提供良好的學(xué)習(xí)生活環(huán)境、發(fā)揮家庭的教育功能,為大學(xué)生人格培養(yǎng)打下良好基礎(chǔ)、大學(xué)生應(yīng)提高自身綜合素質(zhì),為其人格發(fā)展提供內(nèi)在保證。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation and the successor of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is closely related to the future and destiny of the country that how to develop the personality of college students and whether they can develop healthily. At present, China is in the period of social transformation, social problems such as the widening gap between rich and poor and the bullying of vulnerable groups are gradually becoming prominent, and social interest groups are gradually forming and stabilizing. The social mobility channel is not smooth, the social rising space gradually shrinks, the social stratum structure also presents the solidification tendency. Under the influence of this kind of social environment, the phenomenon of social anomie in some places and fields increases, the social rules are challenged and impacted, the social moral bottom line is lost, and the social value and consensus are missing. The aggravation of social contradiction caused by it directly affects social stability and people's life, especially on the development of college students' personality. In recent years, the strong reaction of feud against the rich is a prominent manifestation of the solidified development trend of class. From the frequent occurrence of "the second generation of officials", "the second generation of wealth", "the second generation of stars" and other college students' illegal and criminal phenomena, we can see that the tendency of class solidification has seriously affected the sound development of college students' personality. Therefore, based on the influence of stratum solidification tendency on college students' personality development, the thesis is mainly divided into three aspects. The first part, the significance of social stratum pattern to the sound development of college students' personality. This paper discusses the concept and relationship between class solidification trend and the sound development of college students' personality, and determines the scope of this paper. The second part, the class solidification tendency to the university student personality sound development influence and the reason. On the basis of the summary of the investigation report and the analysis of the real cases, it concludes that there are many problems in the development of college students' personality, and from the family, the society, Schools and college students themselves and other aspects of the analysis of the causes of the problem. The third part, the basic path to resolve the influence of stratum solidification tendency on the development of college students' personality, focusing on the cultivation and promotion of the sound personality of college students from four aspects: family, society, school and college students' self-cultivation. The government should perfect the relevant system and make great efforts to construct the ecological harmony among the various social groups. The school should strengthen the related construction, provide a good learning and living environment for the college students, and give play to the educational function of the family. To lay a good foundation for the cultivation of college students' personality, college students should improve their own comprehensive quality and provide internal guarantee for their personality development.
