【摘要】：進(jìn)入實(shí)現(xiàn)以質(zhì)量為核心的教育優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展階段,除了保障教師的外部社會權(quán)利與地位外,國家開始加快了教師內(nèi)涵式專業(yè)性的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)他們專業(yè)勝任力的發(fā)展。在此背景下,政策文本中的教師專業(yè)性兼具功利主義與人文主義的價值取向,在內(nèi)涵維度上表現(xiàn)為"師德為先",知識能力為重,專業(yè)自主權(quán)逐漸浮現(xiàn),并形成了基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的技術(shù)管理路徑、基于社群協(xié)作的建構(gòu)路徑以及基于反思的行動路徑三種專業(yè)性建設(shè)路徑。教師專業(yè)性的概念在政策文本中逐漸清晰的過程,也是通過一系列自上而下的制度化策略提升教師專業(yè)性、實(shí)現(xiàn)"國家意志"的國家行動。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the balanced development of quality education with quality as the core, the state has begun to speed up the construction of teachers' connotative specialty and realize the development of their professional competence, in addition to ensuring the external social rights and status of teachers. Under this background, the teachers' professionalism in the policy text has both utilitarianism and humanism value orientation. In the connotation dimension, the teachers' ethics is the first, the knowledge ability is the most important, and the professional autonomy is emerging gradually. There are three kinds of professional construction paths: standards-based technology management path, community cooperation based construction path and reflective action path. The concept of teacher professionalism in the policy text gradually clear process, but also through a series of top-down institutionalization strategies to promote the professionalism of teachers, to achieve "national will" of the national action.
