【摘要】：本文以2008年我國31個省區(qū)學前教育發(fā)展數(shù)據為基礎,依據毛入園率、生師比、�？萍耙陨蠈W歷教師所占比例和生均教育經費指數(shù)四項指標,采用聚類分析的方法對我國學前教育發(fā)展狀況進行分析。結果發(fā)現(xiàn)我國學前教育發(fā)展存在區(qū)域不均衡狀況,表現(xiàn)為中西部地區(qū)毛入園率低、幼兒教師數(shù)量和質量參差不齊等。因此,促進我國學前教育區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展應當加大學前教育的宣傳力度,提升幼兒教師的待遇和準入門檻,加大政府政策及財政支持力度并適度向中西部地區(qū)傾斜。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of preschool education development in 31 provinces and regions in China in 2008, according to the gross entrance rate, the ratio of students to teachers, the proportion of teachers with college education and above, and the education expenditure index of students, this paper presents four indicators.Cluster analysis is used to analyze the development of preschool education in China.The results show that there is a regional imbalance in the development of preschool education in China, which is characterized by low gross entrance rate and uneven quantity and quality of preschool teachers in the central and western regions.Therefore, to promote the regional balanced development of preschool education in China, we should increase the propaganda of preschool education, raise the treatment and entry threshold of preschool teachers, increase the government policy and financial support, and appropriately tilt towards the central and western regions.
