【摘要】：農(nóng)村幼兒園的生存狀態(tài)影響著農(nóng)村幼兒園教育的相關(guān)利益者,農(nóng)村幼兒園的生存狀態(tài)也關(guān)系到在園幼兒的發(fā)展。研究者試圖對一所NGO機構(gòu)舉辦的采用混齡編班模式的農(nóng)村少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的幼兒園的生存狀態(tài)進行調(diào)查,當(dāng)下該所農(nóng)村幼兒的生存狀態(tài)如何?該所農(nóng)村幼兒園的利益相關(guān)者對其的看法如何?如何有針對性的改善該所農(nóng)村幼兒園的生存狀態(tài)?在本研究中農(nóng)村幼兒園的生存狀態(tài)指農(nóng)村幼兒園在運營中所呈現(xiàn)出的狀態(tài),主要包括物質(zhì)資源狀態(tài)、人力資源狀態(tài)、行政運行狀態(tài)、保教質(zhì)量狀態(tài)四個方面。本研究借用人類學(xué)的田野調(diào)查法對一所位于大山深處的民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村幼兒園進行調(diào)查,具體使用觀察法和訪談法,獲得大量一手資料。在此基礎(chǔ)上,同時傾聽各利益相關(guān)者的聲音,分析影響該幼兒園生存狀態(tài)的因素,提出解決實際問題的建議。本研究主要分為五部分,第一部分為緒論,主要闡述了本研究的研究目的、研究意義、研究的關(guān)鍵概念以及有關(guān)研究。第二部分為研究方法及研究背景的陳述,包括對田野調(diào)查法的運用、如何進入研究現(xiàn)場以及研究對象的概括。第三部分為本研究的主干部分,研究者詳細(xì)呈現(xiàn)了研究對象的物質(zhì)、人力、行政、保教四大方面的狀態(tài)。在第四部分中,研究者將各方對研究對象的看法呈現(xiàn)出來,主要包括幼兒園教師、家長、舉辦方、屯中公辦完小、資助方的一些聲音。第五部則是研究者針對研究提出的建議和反思,建議包括:增加投入、立足本土資源、溝通閑置資源、增加人力、加強師資培養(yǎng)力度、完善管理制度等。
[Abstract]:The survival state of rural kindergartens affects the relevant stakeholders of rural kindergarten education, and the survival state of rural kindergartens is also related to the development of kindergarten children. The researchers tried to investigate the survival status of kindergartens in rural minority areas organized by a NGO organization using the model of mixed-age classes. What is the survival status of children in the rural areas at present? What are the views of stakeholders in the rural kindergarten? How to improve the survival of the rural kindergartens? In this study, the survival state of rural kindergartens refers to the state of rural kindergartens in operation, including material resources, human resources, administrative operation, quality of care. This study uses the anthropological field investigation method to investigate a rural kindergarten located in the deep mountain area of ethnic minority area, using observation method and interview method to obtain a large amount of primary data. On the basis of this, the authors also listen to the voices of the stakeholders, analyze the factors that affect the survival state of the kindergarten, and put forward some suggestions to solve the practical problems. This research is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research purpose, the research significance, the research key concept and the related research. The second part is the description of the research method and background, including the application of field investigation, how to enter the research site and the summary of the research object. The third part is the main part of this study. In the fourth part, the researchers present their views on the subjects, including kindergarten teachers, parents, organizers, small schools, and some voices from donors. The fifth part is the suggestions and reflections on the research, which include: increasing input, basing on local resources, communicating idle resources, increasing manpower, strengthening teacher training, perfecting management system, etc.
