文章摘要：采用隨機邊界分析方法測算了1997--2009年省際建筑業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率（TFP）增長水平，并進行了區(qū)域差異化比較；然后借鑒物理學的耦合度理論，構(gòu)建建筑業(yè)TFP增長與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的耦合效應模型，并進行了實證檢驗；采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法遴選出二者耦合效應的主要影響因素，最后對建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長方式和階段進行了研判。研究表明：區(qū)域建筑業(yè)TFP增長存在較大差異，，依據(jù)其增長率大小將31個地區(qū)劃分為負增長、低增長、中增長和高增長四種類型；二者的耦合程度較高而耦合協(xié)調(diào)度較低；約束建筑業(yè)TFP增長的主要因素是地區(qū)的GDP水平，判斷中國區(qū)域建筑業(yè)的經(jīng)濟增長仍屬于粗放型增長方式和資本經(jīng)濟階段。

Abstr：The paper first calculates the Total Factors Productivity （TFP） growth of the provincial construction industry from 1997 to 2009 based on stochastic frontier production function model and compares the regional differences; then by referencing the physics coupling function, measures coupling coordinative degree of regional economic development and TFP growth of construction industry; using the grey relational analysis method to choose the main influence factors of coupling effect between them and judging the growth mode and phases at last. The results show that TFP growth differences among regions are big, and the 31 provinces are divided into negative growth, low growth, middle growth and high growth four types; the coupling degree was high but the coupling coordinative degree was low between regional economic development and TFP growth of construction industry; the main factors that restrict the TFP growth were the level of GDP, we can judge that the regional economic growth of construction industry remains extensive mode and capital economy phase at present.
