吉林省農(nóng)戶對政策性玉米保險(xiǎn)需求意愿及影響因素研究

【摘要】：中國是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國,“三農(nóng)”問題一直作為中國革命和建設(shè)的主要問題而存在,然而,在如今實(shí)行現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和改革開放的時(shí)代,“三農(nóng)”問題依舊是關(guān)系到國家全局的重要問題。農(nóng)民亟需建立一種轉(zhuǎn)移和分散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理機(jī)制。農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn),站在農(nóng)民的立場上講,它可以作為一種轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的工具,站在國家的立場上講,它可以作為一種發(fā)展和保護(hù)農(nóng)業(yè)的主要手段。吉林省作為一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大省,它能夠積極參與農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的試點(diǎn),利用地方政府和保險(xiǎn)公司以“聯(lián)辦共�！钡姆绞绞状螄L試開辦政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)。另外,考慮到在吉林省玉米種植面積最大,是大宗農(nóng)作物中最具有代表性、關(guān)系農(nóng)民數(shù)量最多、事關(guān)國家糧食生產(chǎn)安全的品種,首先從玉米種植保險(xiǎn)開始分析,能夠?yàn)榻窈蟠笞谵r(nóng)作物的保險(xiǎn)積累發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本研究以影響農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需求的因素為主題,結(jié)合吉林省農(nóng)安縣、梨樹縣、公主嶺市的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)情況,采用隨機(jī)抽樣的方法確定調(diào)查對象,采取入戶問卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地訪談的方式獲取一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Eviews軟件工具,利用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和Logit模型回歸相結(jié)合的方法,針對吉林省農(nóng)戶玉米保險(xiǎn)需求意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,找出各個(gè)因素的影響方向及影響程度,最后,為增加農(nóng)戶對玉米保險(xiǎn)的有效需求提出合理的對策建議,從而促進(jìn)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展。 本文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)： 第一章前言。主要介紹了研究背景及研究意義、國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究目標(biāo)及框架、研究內(nèi)容、研究技術(shù)路線及研究方法等； 第二章介紹了吉林省玉米生產(chǎn)地位與自然災(zāi)害情況,以及農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題； 第三章主要根據(jù)調(diào)查問卷所獲取的數(shù)據(jù),針對吉林省農(nóng)戶對農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需求意愿影響因素所進(jìn)行的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析； 第四章利用Logit模型,針對吉林省農(nóng)戶對農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需求意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。假定影響因素分別為年齡、文化教育水平、玉米種植面積、農(nóng)戶家庭收入狀況、玉米收入占家庭收入的比重、農(nóng)戶對農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的了解程度以及理賠滿意度； 第五章在理論研究與實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合、描述性分析和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出結(jié)論,最后根據(jù)結(jié)論提出有針對性的對策建議。
[Abstract]:China is a big agricultural country, and the "three rural" issue has always been the main issue of China's revolution and construction. However, in today's era of modernization and reform and opening up, the "three rural" issue is still an important issue related to the overall situation of the country. From the standpoint of peasants, insurance can be used as a tool to transfer risks. From the standpoint of the state, it can be used as a major means to develop and protect agriculture. In addition, considering that the corn planting area in Jilin Province is the largest, is the most representative of large-scale crops, the number of farmers is the largest, related to national food production safety varieties, first of all from the corn planting insurance analysis, can accumulate for the future insurance of large-scale crops development. This research takes the factors that affect the demand of farmer's agricultural insurance as the theme, combines the agricultural insurance situation of Nong'an County, Lishu County and Gongzhuling City of Jilin Province, adopts the method of random sampling to determine the survey object, adopts the way of household questionnaire survey and field interview to obtain the first-hand data, uses Eviews software tool, uses descriptive statistical analysis and L. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the farmers'willingness to insure corn in Jilin Province by using the method of ogIT regression, and finds out the direction and degree of each factor. Finally, it puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for increasing the farmers' effective demand for corn insurance, so as to promote the development of agricultural insurance in Jilin Province.
