【摘要】：正車輛全險不意味著全賠有消費者反映,車輛在路上行駛時被飛來的石頭砸壞了車窗玻璃,向保險公司申請理賠時,卻被告知未投保相應(yīng)附加險種而遭到拒賠。消費者認(rèn)為自己買車時明明投保了全險,但是并不能保障全部的風(fēng)險,對此提出了質(zhì)疑。保險公司給的解釋是:車窗被飛石砸壞,需要附加投保玻璃破碎險才能得到相應(yīng)賠付。在生活中,因車主不了解車險而引發(fā)的糾紛著實不少。據(jù)介紹,車輛基本險包括車輛損失險、商業(yè)第三者責(zé)任險、全車盜搶險和車上人員責(zé)任險共四個獨立的險種。投保人可以選擇投保其中部分
