【摘要】：目的:分析健康保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的基本歷程、健康保險(xiǎn)健康發(fā)展面臨的問題及解決問題的出路。方法:對(duì)健康保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、實(shí)地訪談法等方法獲取相關(guān)資料,進(jìn)行分析研究。結(jié)果:我國健康保險(xiǎn)缺乏"健康發(fā)展"的核心內(nèi)涵,健康保險(xiǎn)的公平性欠缺,基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)與商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的協(xié)同性不足,還存在一些影響發(fā)展的具體問題。結(jié)論:促進(jìn)健康保險(xiǎn)的健康發(fā)展,需要更新健康保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展理念和內(nèi)涵,推動(dòng)健康保險(xiǎn)制度的公平性建設(shè),促進(jìn)基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)與商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的協(xié)同發(fā)展,多措并舉推動(dòng)健康保險(xiǎn)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the basic course of the development of health insurance, the problems that health insurance faces and the ways to solve the problems. Methods: the development course, present situation and existing problems of health insurance were analyzed and studied by the methods of literature analysis, field interview and so on. Results: China's health insurance lacks the core connotation of "healthy development", the equity of health insurance is deficient, the synergy between basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance is insufficient, and there are still some specific problems affecting the development. Conclusion: in order to promote the healthy development of health insurance, it is necessary to renew the concept and connotation of health insurance, to promote the fairness of health insurance system, and to promote the coordinated development of basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance. More measures should be taken to promote the healthy development of health insurance.
