【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代開始，世界主要國(guó)家的養(yǎng)老金制度從現(xiàn)收現(xiàn)付制逐步向基金積累制過渡，智利的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)成為許多國(guó)家養(yǎng)老金制度改革的樣板。目前，世界各國(guó)推崇的多支柱養(yǎng)老金體系中是以收現(xiàn)付制與基金積累制混合的混合養(yǎng)老金制度。 養(yǎng)老金與資本市場(chǎng)的聯(lián)系由來已久，養(yǎng)老基金投資于資本市場(chǎng)，需要借助資本市場(chǎng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)的增值、保值。各國(guó)的慣例是現(xiàn)收現(xiàn)付制下的基礎(chǔ)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老金一般不投資于資本市場(chǎng)，與資本市場(chǎng)聯(lián)系較多的是基金積累制下積累的資金。養(yǎng)老基金的社會(huì)屬性使其區(qū)別與一般的機(jī)構(gòu)投資者，本文主要研究基金積累制下的養(yǎng)老基金投資于資本市場(chǎng)，并從養(yǎng)老基金影響資本市場(chǎng)的路徑來分析養(yǎng)老基金對(duì)資本市場(chǎng)的影響。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the pension system of the world's major countries has gradually transitioned from the pay-as-you-go system to the accumulation system of funds. The successful experience of Chile has become a model for the reform of the pension system in many countries. At present, the multi-pillar pension system in the world is a mixed pension system based on pay-as-you-go system and fund accumulation system. The relationship between pension and capital market has a long history. When pension fund invests in capital market, it needs to use capital market to realize the appreciation of assets and maintain its value. The usual practice in many countries is that the basic social pension under the pay-as-you-go system does not invest in the capital market, and the fund accumulated under the fund accumulation system is more closely related to the capital market. The social attribute of the pension fund makes it different from the general institutional investor. This paper mainly studies the pension fund investment in the capital market under the fund accumulation system. The paper also analyzes the influence of pension fund on capital market from the perspective of the influence of pension fund on capital market.
