【摘要】：科學合理地識別海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的關(guān)鍵因素,判明各指標間相互影響程度和因果關(guān)系,對于現(xiàn)階段海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型至關(guān)重要.本研究以海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化概念模型的提出為基礎(chǔ),從海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)組織生態(tài)化、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式生態(tài)化和海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化4個方面構(gòu)建區(qū)域海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的影響因素評價體系,應用DEMATEL方法分析各影響因素之間的關(guān)系,并繪制影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系圖.結(jié)果表明:海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式生態(tài)化與海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化處于評價的核心位置,是整個生態(tài)化水平評估維度的起因,影響著海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)組織生態(tài)化和海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化.最后結(jié)合各個維度的具體指標,提出了改進和完善海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)對策和建議.
[Abstract]:The key factors of ecological marine industry are identified scientifically and reasonably, and the degree of interaction and causality among the indicators are determined. This study is based on the concept model of ecological marine industry, from the ecological structure of marine industry and the ecological organization of marine industry. The ecological mode of production of marine industry and the ecology of technological innovation of marine industry are four aspects to construct the evaluation system of the influencing factors of regional ecological marine industry. DEMATEL method was used to analyze the relationship between the factors. The results show that ecological mode of production of marine industry and ecological innovation of marine industry are at the core of the evaluation and are the cause of the whole dimension of ecological level evaluation. Finally, combining with the specific indicators of each dimension, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve and perfect the ecological transformation of marine industry.
