【摘要】：馬克思主義政治經濟學中蘊含著豐富的產業(yè)結構思想。通過對馬克思的價值規(guī)律理論、技術進步理論、社會再生產理論、利潤平均化理論和虛擬經濟理論進行梳理,可以挖掘關于產業(yè)結構及其調整的重要論斷,分析其對供給側結構性改革的啟示,認為要有效化解過剩產能、擴大中高端供給,彌補農業(yè)發(fā)展短板、提高要素配置效率、防范各類金融風險,須以馬克思的產業(yè)結構思想作為制定經濟政策的理論指導,構建起供給側結構性改革的馬克思主義政治經濟學理論基礎。
[Abstract]:Marxist political economy contains rich ideas of industrial structure. Through Marx's theory of the law of value, the theory of technological progress, the theory of social reproduction. The theory of profit averaging and the theory of virtual economy can excavate the important conclusions about the industrial structure and its adjustment, analyze its enlightenment to the supply-side structural reform, and think that it is necessary to effectively resolve the excess capacity. It is necessary to take Marx's thought of industrial structure as the theoretical guide to make up for the shortage of agricultural development, to improve the efficiency of factor allocation and to guard against all kinds of financial risks. To construct the theoretical basis of Marxist political economy for structural reform on the supply side.
