【摘要】：在國家新一輪醫(yī)療體制改革推進(jìn)過程中,醫(yī)藥商業(yè)流通企業(yè)的信息、物流能力及服務(wù)能力對企業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大,本文以醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈價值分析為基礎(chǔ),以提升醫(yī)藥商業(yè)企業(yè)在價值鏈中的地位為目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)研究了信息類服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)施。本文首先研究了國際國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)和整條價值鏈以及信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法論,找出醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)上下游客戶對信息類服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的需求及痛點(diǎn),針對此類需求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的信息類服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和可行性分析,分為對上游制藥企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù),對下游醫(yī)院終端的藥房、藥庫管理以及打通上下游的電子商務(wù)類三種產(chǎn)品,并且按照此方式進(jìn)行了實(shí)際的推廣實(shí)施,取得了一定成效。按照本文所研究的方向,對醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)提升價值鏈地位和加強(qiáng)與上下游客戶的黏度具有參考和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In the new round of national promotion of health care reform in the process of commercial circulation enterprises medical information, logistics ability and service ability is of great significance to the development of enterprises, the pharmaceutical supply chain based on value analysis, in order to promote the pharmaceutical commercial enterprises in the value chain of the status as the goal, focus on the design and implementation of information service products. This paper studies the design method of characteristics of international and domestic pharmaceutical distribution enterprises throughout the value chain and the theory of information system, find out the needs and pain medicine circulation enterprises on the downstream customers of information service products, the needs analysis design and feasibility of information service products in detail, divided into the upstream pharmaceutical enterprise data services on the downstream terminal of the hospital pharmacy, pharmacy store management and open up e-commerce on the downstream of the three kinds of products, and in this way The actual promotion and implementation has achieved certain results. According to the research direction in this paper, it has reference and practical application value for pharmaceutical circulation enterprises to enhance the status of the value chain and enhance the viscosity of upstream and downstream customers.
