【摘要】：在我國,種植蘋果的歷史悠久,分布地域廣泛,分布在在渤海灣、西北黃土高原、黃河故道和西南冷涼高地區(qū)域。我國的蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中是具有明顯競爭力的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,我國是世界上生產(chǎn)蘋果大國,種植面積、產(chǎn)量、出口貿(mào)易量均占到世界總量的半數(shù)以上。步入新世紀(jì)和加入WTO以來,伴隨著與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的接軌,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的特征越來越明顯,我國的蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)得到空前發(fā)展,取得了一系列舉世矚目的成績,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,與此同時(shí),我國蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的水平不斷提高的同時(shí),我們也應(yīng)該清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)到,當(dāng)前我們的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展的新常態(tài),蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)還存在著不少問題,譬如蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度還有待于提高,生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存、加工、銷售一體化的產(chǎn)業(yè)化體系還不健全；生產(chǎn)與銷售還不能完全對(duì)接；有些地區(qū)的種植品種還不豐富多樣等等,這些問題都是嚴(yán)重制我國蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。本文以山東省為例,在介紹了蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)和理論之后,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析了山東省在蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,通過SWOT分析法,找出原因之后又提出了針對(duì)性較強(qiáng)的對(duì)策建議,以期望為山東省乃至其他地區(qū)的蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供具有可參考價(jià)值的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In China, apple planting has a long history and is widely distributed in Bohai Bay, the Loess Plateau of Northwest China, the Yellow River Road and the cold highlands of southwest China. China's apple industry is one of the most competitive industries in the world economy. Our country is a big country of apple production in the world, and its planting area, output and export trade amount account for more than half of the world total. Since entering the new century and entering WTO, with the integration with the world economy, the characteristics of world economic integration are becoming more and more obvious. The apple industry of our country has been developed unprecedentedly, and has made a series of achievements that attract worldwide attention. Opportunities and challenges coexist. At the same time, as the level of apple industry in our country continues to improve, we should also be soberly aware that our current social economy is in the new normal of transformation and leapfrogging development, and that there are still many problems in the apple industry. For example, the degree of apple industrialization has yet to be improved. The integrated industrialization system of production, storage, processing and sales is not perfect; the production and sales cannot be fully connected; and some areas are not rich in variety and variety. These problems are the key factors for the development of apple industry in China. This paper takes Shandong Province as an example, after introducing the related literature and theory of apple industry, through field investigation, analyzes the current situation and problems in the development of apple industry in Shandong Province, and analyzes the problems in the development process by SWOT analysis. After finding out the reasons, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance significance for the development of apple industry in Shandong Province and other regions.
