【摘要】：我國(guó)第三方支付市場(chǎng)快速發(fā)展,隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的覺(jué)醒和資源型企業(yè)的大規(guī)模進(jìn)入,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈,差異化發(fā)展成為行業(yè)必然選擇。以需求為導(dǎo)向的增值業(yè)務(wù)將成為行業(yè)差異化發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。本論文研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)證研究法和比較分析法等研究方法,主要從用戶需求和流程創(chuàng)新的角度對(duì)第三方支付增值業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行論述。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,為全文奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；對(duì)我國(guó)第三方支付產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行概述性研究,全面分析其在金融、營(yíng)銷、財(cái)務(wù)管理和信用四方面的增值業(yè)務(wù)需求；對(duì)第三方支付基本流程進(jìn)行全面研究,提出流程創(chuàng)新的策略建議；對(duì)基于流程創(chuàng)新的第三方支付增值業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。論文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)有：首次提出從流程創(chuàng)新的角度對(duì)發(fā)展第三方支付增值業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行有關(guān)研究；提出了延展支付流程、整合信息流與資金流、融合線上線下流程等第三方支付的流程創(chuàng)新策略；實(shí)證研究方面,分別設(shè)計(jì)出基于流程創(chuàng)新的供應(yīng)鏈金融、優(yōu)惠平臺(tái)、支企直聯(lián)和企業(yè)信用等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)四種具體的增值服務(wù)的流程實(shí)現(xiàn)框架。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the third party payment market in China, with the awakening of the industrial chain and the large-scale entry of the resource-based enterprises, the market competition is more intense. The differential development becomes the inevitable choice of the industry. The demand oriented value-added service will be the key to the development of the industry. Compared with the analysis method, this paper mainly discusses the third party payment value-added services from the perspective of user demand and process innovation. Through the research on the relevant documents at home and abroad, it lays a theoretical foundation for the full text, summarizes the development course of the third party payment industry in our country, and analyzes its financial, marketing and financial management in an all-round way. The four aspects of the value-added service demand of credit and credit; a comprehensive study of the basic process of the third party payment and the proposal of the strategy of process innovation; an empirical study of the third party payment value-added services based on process innovation. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: for the first time, the value added industry for the development of third parties from the perspective of process innovation is proposed. Carry on the related research; put forward the extension of payment process, integration of information flow and capital flow, the process innovation strategy of the three party payment, such as line and line, and line and line. In the empirical study, we design four specific value-added services based on the supply chain finance of process innovation, the preferential platform, the support enterprise direct connection and the enterprise credit rating.
