【摘要】：受歷史、區(qū)位、政策因素影響，廣東省城鎮(zhèn)化進程的區(qū)域差異明顯。截至2012年底，珠三角地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化率達(dá)83.84%，粵東、粵西、粵北的城鎮(zhèn)化率分別為59.05%、39.72%、45.3%。珠三角城鎮(zhèn)化已經(jīng)步入成熟階段，粵東西北地區(qū)則處于城鎮(zhèn)化中期發(fā)展階段，仍有較大的提升空間。以城鎮(zhèn)化為切入點，加快粵東西北地區(qū)發(fā)展，為廣東建立新的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢，是廣東省委、省政府未來一段時期的重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。金融是經(jīng)濟的核心，加速廣東省欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化進程離不開金融的支持。以粵北為視角，分析城鎮(zhèn)化加速階段各類經(jīng)濟主體的金融服務(wù)需求，探討金融支持城鎮(zhèn)化存在的問題和原因，有助于厘清金融支持城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的思路，并可從金融角度為廣東省欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)加速城鎮(zhèn)化進程提供決策參考。 全文內(nèi)容包括六章：第一章為緒論，交待文章的研究背景、選題意義以及對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的梳理；第二章為粵北城鎮(zhèn)化和金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析，主要是從橫向和縱向?qū)Ρ确治龌洷钡貐^(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化狀況，探討目前三股推進粵北城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的動力，從金融組織體系、金融業(yè)規(guī)模、金融服務(wù)產(chǎn)品介紹了粵北地區(qū)金融發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；第三章為粵北城鎮(zhèn)化進程中的金融服務(wù)需求，主要分析金融作用于城鎮(zhèn)化的三個渠道以及由此衍生的政府、企業(yè)、農(nóng)戶等各類經(jīng)濟主體的金融服務(wù)需求。第四章為粵北城鎮(zhèn)化的金融服務(wù)供給現(xiàn)狀、問題和原因分析，全面分析了金融服務(wù)于粵北城鎮(zhèn)化的4種方式、當(dāng)前推進城鎮(zhèn)化過程中金融服務(wù)不充分的各種表現(xiàn)和制約金融支持城鎮(zhèn)化的各種因素。第五章為對策建議，針對金融支持城鎮(zhèn)化過程中存在的問題，提出針對性的對策建議。 主要結(jié)論有：一、當(dāng)前粵北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化水平較低，產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、行政引導(dǎo)是當(dāng)前和未來繼續(xù)推動粵北城鎮(zhèn)化進程的主要動力；二、處于城鎮(zhèn)化中期的粵北地區(qū)，各經(jīng)濟主體在參與城鎮(zhèn)化過程中會產(chǎn)生多樣化的金融服務(wù)需求，這些需求包括承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、粵北地區(qū)提質(zhì)擴容、專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)和發(fā)展等產(chǎn)生的金融服務(wù)需求；三、由于金融業(yè)逐利性、金融機構(gòu)重大輕小、激勵機制不足、風(fēng)險分擔(dān)和轉(zhuǎn)移機制不完善等，，金融支持粵北城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展仍存在諸多不足。
[Abstract]:Affected by history, location and policy factors, the regional differences of urbanization process in Guangdong Province are obvious. By the end of 2012, the urbanization rate in the Pearl River Delta region had reached 83.840.The urbanization rates in eastern Guangdong, western Guangdong and northern Guangdong were 59.05 and 39.72 respectively. The urbanization of Pearl River Delta has entered the mature stage, while the northwest part of Guangdong Province is in the middle stage of urbanization, and there is still great room for improvement. It is an important development strategy for Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government in the future to speed up the development of northwest Guangdong and establish a new development advantage for Guangdong with urbanization as the starting point. Finance is the core of economy, accelerating the process of urbanization in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong Province can not be separated from the support of finance. From the perspective of northern Guangdong, this paper analyzes the financial service needs of various economic entities in the accelerating stage of urbanization, and probes into the problems and reasons existing in the financial support of urbanization, which is helpful to clarify the ideas of financial support for the development of urbanization. It can provide decision-making reference for accelerating urbanization process in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong province from the financial angle. The full text includes six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, the research background, the significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad; the second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of urbanization and financial development in northern Guangdong. Mainly from the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the status of urbanization in northern Guangdong, discusses the current three forces to promote the development of urbanization in northern Guangdong, from the financial organization system, the scale of the financial industry, financial services products introduced the financial development of northern Guangdong; The third chapter is the demand for financial services in the process of urbanization in northern Guangdong. It mainly analyzes the three channels of finance acting on urbanization and the financial service needs of the government, enterprises, farmers and other economic entities derived therefrom. The fourth chapter is the present situation, problems and reasons of the financial service supply of the urbanization in northern Guangdong, and analyzes the four ways of the financial services in the urbanization of the north of Guangdong. In the process of promoting urbanization, the financial services are inadequate and the factors that restrict the financial support to urbanization. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at the problems existing in the process of financial support urbanization. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the current level of urbanization in northern Guangdong is relatively low, industrial transfer, agricultural industrialization, and administrative guidance are the main driving forces to continue to promote the urbanization process in the north of Guangdong at present and in the future; second, the region of northern Guangdong in the middle stage of urbanization, In the process of participating in urbanization, various economic entities will produce diversified demands for financial services, including the demand for financial services arising from the undertaking of industrial transfer, the upgrading and expansion of quality and capacity in northern Guangdong, the construction and development of specialized towns, and so on; third, Due to the profit driven by the financial industry, the financial institutions are light and small, the incentive mechanism is insufficient, the risk sharing and transfer mechanism is not perfect, and so on, there are still many deficiencies in financial support for the development of urbanization in northern Guangdong.
