【摘要】：自中國2013年10月提出成立亞洲基礎設施投資銀行的倡議后,美國智庫專家對亞投行給予了高度關注。智庫專家首先對美國政府關于亞投行的態(tài)度和政策進行了批評,并提出了相應的政策意見。其次,智庫專家從國際社會現(xiàn)有金融機構、金融秩序存在的不足、缺陷等方面分析了亞投行創(chuàng)立的必要性和吸引力。再次,智庫專家對急需基礎建設資金的亞洲發(fā)展中國家、對當今世界主要大國和對國際秩序、格局構成的影響均進行了分析。最后,智庫專家對亞投行發(fā)展過程中可能遇到的困難、挑戰(zhàn)、風險等,以及如何建設好亞投行等問題進行了分析。
[Abstract]:Since China's October 2013 initiative to establish the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, US think-tank experts have paid high attention to the bank. Think tank experts first criticized the US government's attitude and policy on the AIIB and put forward corresponding policy suggestions. Secondly, think-tank experts analyze the necessity and attraction of the establishment of the AIIB from the aspects of the existing financial institutions and financial order in the international community. Thirdly, the experts of the think-tank have analyzed the influence of the developing countries in Asia, the major powers in the world, the international order and the structure of the international order. Finally, experts from the think-tank analyzed the difficulties, challenges, risks, and how to build the AIIB.
