【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)是經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程中促使國(guó)民儲(chǔ)蓄有效轉(zhuǎn)化為財(cái)富,增加國(guó)民福利,完善經(jīng)濟(jì)金融體系功能,推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要機(jī)制。隨著我國(guó)金融體系改革的深入、金融工具的逐步完善,從國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家成熟的商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)及產(chǎn)品來(lái)看,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)必將成為我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行利潤(rùn)的重要來(lái)源,理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展也將成為促進(jìn)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿?因此,人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率問(wèn)題無(wú)疑是其中很關(guān)鍵的因素。 近些年,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,居民手中空閑資金越來(lái)越多,如何有效地保持貨幣的價(jià)值、增加居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入,如何使財(cái)產(chǎn)變成財(cái)富日益成為人們熱切關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。而當(dāng)前,居民普遍缺乏相應(yīng)的知識(shí)積累和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其是對(duì)收益率問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)缺乏了解,這不僅影響著居民對(duì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的選擇、個(gè)人財(cái)富的增加,更加影響到財(cái)產(chǎn)向財(cái)富轉(zhuǎn)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,對(duì)人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率影響因素的研究,具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率影響因素為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)相關(guān)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品及其收益率研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試從理論層面分析人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率的影響因素,以及各因素對(duì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率產(chǎn)生影響的作用機(jī)理,并以中國(guó)工商銀行已2009年7月至2012年12月發(fā)行的365天人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),構(gòu)建以收益率、貨幣供給量、利率、工業(yè)增加值、上證綜指、居民消費(fèi)者價(jià)格指數(shù)及本外幣存款為變量的計(jì)量分析模型,用ADF檢驗(yàn)以及Johansen檢驗(yàn)判定所選擇的變量的平穩(wěn)性及協(xié)整性,并用多元線(xiàn)性回歸模型對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果顯示:商業(yè)銀行人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的收益率和利率、工業(yè)增加值呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與上證綜指沒(méi)有顯著的相關(guān)性,與貨幣供給量、本外幣存款以及滯后一期的居民消費(fèi)者價(jià)格指數(shù)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。 在上述研究論述的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展、人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新等角度提出商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)重視風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理與控制、注重人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、儲(chǔ)備大量專(zhuān)業(yè)人才及應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品購(gòu)買(mǎi)人的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提示工作等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Personal finance business of commercial banks is to promote the effective transformation of national savings into wealth, increase national welfare and improve the function of economic and financial system in the process of economic marketization. With the deepening of the reform of our financial system and the gradual improvement of financial instruments, we can see from the mature commercial banks' personal financial business and products in developed countries. Personal finance business will become an important source of profits of commercial banks in China, the development of financial products will also become the main driving force to promote the development of personal finance business. The return rate of RMB financial products is undoubtedly a key factor. In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy, there are more and more idle funds in the hands of residents. How to effectively maintain the value of money and increase residents' property income. How to turn property into wealth has become the focus of people's attention day by day. At present, residents generally lack the corresponding knowledge accumulation and practical experience, especially the understanding of the rate of return. This not only affects the choice of wealth management products, the increase of personal wealth, but also affects the realization of the transformation from property to wealth. Therefore, the study on the factors affecting the return rate of RMB financial products. It has very important theoretical and practical significance. This article takes the RMB financial product return rate as the research object, on the basis of combing the commercial bank personal finance related theory and the domestic RMB financial product and its yield research literature. This paper tries to analyze the influencing factors of RMB financial product yield from the theoretical level and the mechanism of each factor influencing the financial product return rate. Based on the relevant data of RMB financial products issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from July 2009 to December 2012, this paper constructs a system based on yield, money supply, interest rate and industrial added value. Shanghai Composite Index, consumer price index and local and foreign currency deposits as variables of the econometric analysis model, using ADF test and Johansen test to determine the stability and cointegration of the selected variables. The result of statistical analysis shows that the return rate of RMB financial products of commercial banks is positively correlated with interest rate and industrial added value. There is no significant correlation with the Shanghai Composite Index, but a negative correlation with the amount of money supply, local and foreign currency deposits and the consumer price index of residents who lag behind. On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward that commercial banks should pay attention to risk management and control and RMB financial product innovation from the perspective of the development of commercial banks' personal financial management business and the innovation of RMB financial products. To reserve a large number of professionals and to strengthen the financial products buyers of risk advice and other policy recommendations.
