【摘要】：國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)于2016年10月1日宣布人民幣正式被納入特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子,人民幣繼美元、歐元、日元、英鎊之后成為特別提款權(quán)(SDR)的第五種籃子貨幣,標(biāo)志著人民幣自2009開始實行國際化的成果受到了來自IMF權(quán)威的認(rèn)可,人民幣入籃后將與籃中主要貨幣一道,正式運用與發(fā)揮SDR貨幣的基本職能,該次入籃不僅意味著人民幣成功踏上國際化之路,而且在很大程度上意味著人民幣的利率市場化改革已經(jīng)邁出重要一步,實際上這一步邁的不可謂不艱辛,從5年前IMF內(nèi)部遭遇到的阻力到今天英、法、德甚至是美國的鼎力支持,我國在這段期間做了大量的金融方面的工作,讓人民幣最終獲得了世界的認(rèn)可,在我國外貿(mào)、金融等各方面均產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,人民幣作為第一個被納入SDR的發(fā)展中國家貨幣,代表著發(fā)展中國家已經(jīng)有著足夠的能力走上世界舞臺。本文主要從人民幣加入SDR貨幣籃子對我國對外貿(mào)易的影響進(jìn)行分析,具體分析對象分為跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算與加入SDR后國際金融環(huán)境變化對我國對外貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的影響。本文肯定了人民幣入籃對我國金融體系改革所產(chǎn)生的影響,但也同時指出了SDR的天生缺陷以及給我國經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易帶來的挑戰(zhàn),如國際游資的沖擊、國內(nèi)金融改革的目標(biāo)以及我國貨幣政策制定等,對我國提出了更高的要求。更進(jìn)一步分析了,我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)在加入SDR后面對新的局面應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的事項。關(guān)于如何應(yīng)對SDR對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易形成的挑戰(zhàn),本文分別從企業(yè)角度與政府角度提出了相關(guān)的建議,通過漸進(jìn)式的金融體系改革與重構(gòu)金融監(jiān)管體系來為我國人民幣國際化保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:The International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced on October 1st 2016 that the renminbi was formally included in the SDR basket, following the US dollar, the euro and the Japanese yen. The pound has since become the 5th basket currencies of the SDR, marking the recognition of the renminbi's internationalisation since 2009 by the authority of the IMF. After entering the basket, RMB will formally use and play the basic function of SDR currency together with the main currency in the basket. This entry not only means that the RMB has successfully embarked on the road of internationalization. And to a large extent it means that the interest rate marketization reform of the RMB has taken an important step, in fact, this step can not be said to be difficult, from the resistance encountered within the IMF five years ago to today's Britain and France. Germany and even the United States of great support, China has done a lot of financial work during this period, so that the renminbi finally won the recognition of the world, in China's foreign trade, finance and other aspects have a far-reaching impact. The renminbi is the first developing country currency to be included in the SDR. It represents that the developing countries have enough ability to step onto the world stage. This paper analyzes the impact of RMB joining the SDR basket on China's foreign trade. The objects of this paper are as follows: RMB settlement in cross-border trade and the impact of the changes in the international financial environment on China's foreign trade after China's entry into SDR. This paper affirms the impact of RMB entry on the reform of China's financial system. . But it also points out the inherent defects of SDR and the challenges to China's economy and trade, such as the impact of international hot money, the goal of domestic financial reform and the formulation of monetary policy in China. This paper puts forward higher requirements for our country, and further analyzes the issues that our foreign trade enterprises should pay attention to after entering SDR. How to deal with the challenge of SDR to our country's economy and trade is discussed. This paper puts forward some suggestions from the angle of enterprise and government, which can protect the internationalization of RMB in China through the gradual reform of the financial system and the reconstruction of the financial supervision system.
