【摘要】：通過(guò)綜合指數(shù)法和考慮非期望產(chǎn)出的非徑向距離函數(shù),分別測(cè)算了烏江流域民族地區(qū)縣域金融發(fā)展水平和綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)情況,并基于1999~2015年數(shù)據(jù)和SysGMM估計(jì)方法,研究了民族地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對(duì)綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響。結(jié)果顯示,樣本地區(qū)金融發(fā)展水平總體較低,但烏江中下游民族地區(qū)優(yōu)于上游地區(qū);綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率年均增長(zhǎng)0.6%,下游地區(qū)好于上中游地區(qū)。進(jìn)一步實(shí)證研究表明,民族地區(qū)金融發(fā)展的技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)促進(jìn)了綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率的增長(zhǎng),但技術(shù)效率改進(jìn)效應(yīng)還沒(méi)有得到體現(xiàn);不同區(qū)域有所不同,上中游地區(qū)金融發(fā)展阻礙了綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率的提高,但下游地區(qū)卻相反;分時(shí)期的估計(jì)顯示,金融發(fā)展對(duì)綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響盡管差異不大,但對(duì)綠色技術(shù)進(jìn)步和技術(shù)效率的影響卻是2007年前高于2007年后。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive index method and the non-radial distance function considering the non-expected output, this paper calculates the level of financial development and the growth of green total factor productivity in the minority areas of Wujiang River basin, and based on the data from 1999 to 2015 and the SysGMM estimation method. The effect of financial development on green total factor productivity in ethnic minority areas is studied. The results show that the financial development level in the sample areas is generally low, but the minority areas in the middle and lower reaches of Wujiang River are superior to the upstream areas. The average annual growth of green total factor productivity (TFP) is 0.6, and the downstream region is better than the upper and middle reaches. Further empirical research shows that the technological progress effect of financial development in ethnic minority areas promotes the growth of green TFP. However, the effect of technological efficiency improvement has not been reflected; the financial development in the upper and middle reaches has hindered the improvement of green total factor productivity, but the reverse has been achieved in the lower reaches of the region. Although the influence of financial development on green total factor productivity is not different, the influence of financial development on green technology progress and technological efficiency is higher before 2007 than after 2007.
