【摘要】：公司金融業(yè)務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要形式,公司金融的業(yè)務(wù)總量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力直接決定了銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。國(guó)際大銀行在2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)后借由交易銀行、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、金融科技的興起以及"圍欄"法則的實(shí)施賦予了公司金融業(yè)務(wù)新的活力。新常態(tài)下中國(guó)銀行業(yè)公司金融業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)緊扣國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,積極支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)投貸聯(lián)動(dòng),推進(jìn)公司金融服務(wù)多元化;發(fā)展交易銀行,以公司金融帶動(dòng)其他業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng),加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品與體制創(chuàng)新;強(qiáng)化合規(guī)經(jīng)營(yíng),統(tǒng)籌管理表內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Corporate financial business is the main form of commercial banks to support the development of the real economy. The total volume and competitiveness of corporate finance directly determine the competitive advantage of banks. In 2008, large international banks borrowed and traded banks after the international financial crisis. The emerging industry, the rise of financial science and technology and the implementation of the "fence" rule give new vitality to the financial business of the company. Under the new normal state, the financial business of the Chinese banking industry should be closely linked to the national strategy and actively support the development of the real economy. Strengthen investment and loan linkage, promote diversification of corporate financial services; develop trading banks to drive other business development with corporate finance; adhere to innovation-driven, strengthen product and institutional innovation; strengthen compliance management, overall management of risks inside and outside the balance sheet.
