【摘要】：不同于傳統(tǒng)的銀行借貸與理財(cái)產(chǎn)品模式,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及到每個(gè)人,從起初的網(wǎng)上聊天到網(wǎng)上輕松購物,再到興起的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融業(yè),可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行投資理財(cái)。本文根據(jù)大拇哥財(cái)富公司分析P2G行業(yè)并作出全新的解決方案。投資者通過移動(dòng)終端或者PC端進(jìn)行選擇你想投資的產(chǎn)品及期限。這種模式適應(yīng)了當(dāng)代的發(fā)展趨勢,供有此類的投資者提供了便利,本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書目的是對平臺(tái)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析。本文首先對大拇哥財(cái)富公司及公司平臺(tái)主要經(jīng)營方式P2G做了介紹,通過大拇哥財(cái)富公司的商業(yè)模式得出公司運(yùn)行方式,其中包括大型國有企業(yè),借款企業(yè),投資人,第三方,經(jīng)紀(jì)人。通過對優(yōu)惠券的管理,資訊、活動(dòng)發(fā)布資料整理得出公司對經(jīng)紀(jì)人的維護(hù)良好,后臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)支持良好。在項(xiàng)目分析中通過以一個(gè)貴州項(xiàng)目為例簡單闡述了公司產(chǎn)品的種類及立項(xiàng)流程,可以簡單明了的大致了解產(chǎn)品原由。通過四川省射洪城市建設(shè)投資項(xiàng)目為例得出公司對發(fā)債主體,資金用途,還款來源的篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、篩選方向等。運(yùn)用PEST對政治,經(jīng)濟(jì),社會(huì),技術(shù)四個(gè)方面因素及波特的五力模型等方法,對總環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、競爭環(huán)境分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目案例進(jìn)行研究,得出公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略側(cè)重。通過調(diào)查整理資料得出公司的運(yùn)營情況、公司的人力資源整體框架及公司重要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制力度情況,通過本文的論證,大拇哥財(cái)富公司P2G平臺(tái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控性,投資的可行性。
