【摘要】：可燃?xì)怏w探測器是一種應(yīng)用于易燃易爆區(qū)域?qū)�單一或者多種可燃?xì)怏w進(jìn)行探測報(bào)警的安全儀器。當(dāng)環(huán)境中有可燃有毒氣體泄露,其濃度達(dá)到爆炸上、下限的臨界點(diǎn)時(shí),可燃?xì)怏w探測器就會報(bào)警,提醒工作人員采取安全措施,防止火災(zāi)爆炸事故的發(fā)生。因而可燃?xì)怏w探測器質(zhì)量的好壞,能否準(zhǔn)確的探測出可燃?xì)怏w的濃度顯得尤其重要,這就迫使我們需要研究出一套盡可能的模擬現(xiàn)場真實(shí)環(huán)境對其進(jìn)行檢定的系統(tǒng)。本課題首先介紹了各類可燃?xì)怏w探測器的使用現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的逐步加深,人們對火災(zāi)探測報(bào)警技術(shù)的重視不斷提高,對消防意義的認(rèn)識也不斷加深。通過對國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB15322進(jìn)行深度剖析,合理的設(shè)計(jì)出了由螺栓連接的可拆分式箱體結(jié)構(gòu),方便運(yùn)輸安裝。并且在鋼板之間填充聚四氟乙烯,保證了箱體的氣密性、隔熱性,能夠針對不同試驗(yàn)條件下可燃探測器的響應(yīng)閾值進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。在靜態(tài)氣體配比法和動(dòng)態(tài)氣體配比法的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了“動(dòng)態(tài)配氣,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測”的新型方法。本裝置采用工控機(jī)對整個(gè)檢驗(yàn)過程進(jìn)行控制,大大提高了自動(dòng)化及抗干擾能力。系統(tǒng)采用模糊PID控制器來控制溫、濕度等環(huán)境試驗(yàn),減小超調(diào)量。搭建了SIMULINK模型進(jìn)行仿真,驗(yàn)證了其正確性。采用離線查詢的方式載入PLC進(jìn)行工業(yè)控制,使系統(tǒng)的溫、濕度控制指標(biāo)達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。采用Visual Basic可視化編程語言進(jìn)行軟件開發(fā),具備簡潔實(shí)用的界面、能夠自動(dòng)記錄和打印,較好完成國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)。最后,本文給出了系統(tǒng)對可燃?xì)怏w探測器的幾項(xiàng)報(bào)警測試結(jié)果,表明了本系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。
[Abstract]:The combustible gas detector is a kind of safety instrument which is used to detect and alarm a single or multiple combustible gases in flammable and explosive areas. When there is a leakage of flammable toxic gas in the environment, its concentration reaches to explosion. At the critical point of the lower limit, the combustible gas detector will alarm, remind the staff to take safety measures to prevent the fire and explosion accident, so the quality of the combustible gas detector is good or bad. It is very important to detect the concentration of combustible gas accurately. This forces us to study a system that can simulate the real environment as much as possible. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation and development trend of various kinds of combustible gas detectors. With the gradual deepening of industrialization, people pay more attention to the fire detection and alarm technology, and the understanding of the significance of fire protection is also deepening. Through the in-depth analysis of the national standard GB15322. The detachable box structure connected by bolts is designed reasonably, which is convenient for transportation and installation, and the PTFE is filled between the steel plates to ensure the air tightness and heat insulation of the box. It can test the response threshold of combustible detector under different test conditions. On the basis of static gas proportion method and dynamic gas proportion method, the dynamic gas distribution method is adopted. A new method of real-time monitoring. The system uses industrial control computer to control the whole inspection process, which greatly improves the automation and anti-interference ability. The system adopts fuzzy PID controller to control the temperature. Humidity and other environmental tests to reduce the overshoot. SIMULINK model simulation, verify its correctness, using off-line query loading PLC for industrial control, so that the system temperature. The humidity control index reaches the national standard. The Visual Basic visual programming language is used to develop the software. It has a simple and practical interface and can record and print automatically. Finally, several alarm test results of the system for combustible gas detectors are given, which show that the design of the system has achieved the desired purpose.
