【摘要】：節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園應(yīng)是集紀(jì)念哀悼、生態(tài)節(jié)地、逝者歸宿、游憩等功能為一體的特殊園林。針對(duì)上海市公墓用地存量的告急,研究提出了建設(shè)節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園的理念。研究重點(diǎn)剖析了上海地區(qū)和國(guó)外若干具有節(jié)地或風(fēng)景式特征的墓園,歸納出節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園的主要指標(biāo)特征和規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求,并以素有國(guó)內(nèi)墓園標(biāo)桿之稱的上海福壽園為重點(diǎn),著重分析了其總體規(guī)劃的特征和在墓區(qū)規(guī)劃、墓葬設(shè)計(jì)等方面的創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)一步明晰了節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園的特征要求,以及發(fā)展的可行性。具體包括:研究系統(tǒng)論述了節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園的基本概念。明確了節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園的概念、特征、用地指標(biāo)、功能與規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求。在對(duì)相關(guān)用地指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析后,本文將上海福壽園定性為具有節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式特征的墓園;并詳細(xì)分析了福壽園的墓園、墓區(qū)、墓葬的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理念原則和創(chuàng)新。論文分析了目前上海地區(qū)公墓行業(yè)推行節(jié)地化與風(fēng)景式墓園的相關(guān)理念與技術(shù)問題。以節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式理念為指導(dǎo),以優(yōu)化墓區(qū)規(guī)劃與墓葬創(chuàng)新為重點(diǎn),提出綜合性墓區(qū)的規(guī)劃與“一墓一景”的墓葬設(shè)計(jì)的理論與方法。論文建議政府部門能將城市墓園納入城市綠地系統(tǒng)中,使其成為城市公園中的特殊公園類別;并且盡快出臺(tái)上海節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的導(dǎo)則。本次研究通過(guò)節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園概念的提出,對(duì)其規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)要求的系統(tǒng)分析,綜合性墓區(qū)規(guī)劃與“一墓一景”墓葬設(shè)計(jì)的提出,為當(dāng)前上海墓園乃至全國(guó)墓園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)提供了一定的借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。更希望今后墓園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),在滿足節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式原則的基礎(chǔ)上,能進(jìn)行多種葬式的嘗試,使空間布局更靈活,形式更多樣,以滿足社會(huì)多元化的需求。受能力和經(jīng)歷所限,研究對(duì)服務(wù)設(shè)施的用地與布局、道路系統(tǒng)等方面涉及不多;同時(shí)在綠化方面,研究主要以綠量和群落布局為主,對(duì)節(jié)地化、風(fēng)景式墓園的綠化特征與植物配置要求的研究不足,期待以后能有進(jìn)一步的研究。
[Abstract]:The landscape graveyard should be a special garden with the functions of memorial mourning, ecological festival land, dead person's home, recreation and so on. In view of the urgent situation of land use in cemeteries in Shanghai, the paper puts forward the idea of constructing land saving and landscape graveyard. The study focuses on the analysis of some graveyards with the characteristics of saving land or landscape in Shanghai and abroad, and concludes the main index characteristics and the basic requirements of planning and design of the secularization and landscape graveyards. With the emphasis on Shanghai Fushouyuan, which is known as the benchmark of the cemetery in China, the characteristics of the overall planning and the innovations in the planning of the graveyard and the design of the graveyard are emphatically analyzed, so as to further clarify the characteristic requirements of the economized and scenic graveyards. And the feasibility of development. Concrete include: the research system discusses the basic concept of land conservation, landscape cemetery. The concept, characteristics, land use index, function and basic requirements of planning and design of the land saving and landscape graveyard are defined. After comparing and analyzing the related land use indexes, this paper defines the Shanghai Fushouyuan as a graveyard with the characteristics of saving land and scenery, and analyzes in detail the principles and innovations of the planning and design of the cemetery, the graveyard, the graveyard and the graveyard of the Fushou Garden. This paper analyzes the related concepts and technical problems of the implementation of land conservation and landscape graveyard in the cemeteries industry in Shanghai. Guided by the idea of saving land and landscape, and focusing on optimizing the planning of tomb area and the innovation of tomb, this paper puts forward the theory and method of comprehensive planning of tomb area and the design of "one tomb and one scene". The paper suggests that the government can bring the urban cemetery into the urban green space system and make it a special type of park in the city park, and as soon as possible, the guidelines for the planning and design of the Shanghai landsaving and landscape cemetery should be issued. In this study, through the concept of saving land, the concept of landscape cemetery, the systematic analysis of its planning and design requirements, the comprehensive grave area planning and the "one tomb one scene" grave design, It provides some reference significance and reference value for the planning, design and construction of the cemetery in Shanghai and even in the whole country. It is hoped that the planning and design of the cemetery in the future, on the basis of satisfying the principles of saving land and landscape, can carry out a variety of burial attempts to make the space layout more flexible and the forms more diverse, so as to meet the diverse needs of the society. Limited by capacity and experience, the research on land use and layout of service facilities, road system and so on is not much involved. At the same time, in the area of greening, the study mainly focuses on green quantity and community layout, and on land conservation. The study of landscape graveyard greening characteristics and plant allocation requirements is not enough, and further research is expected in the future.
