文章摘要：以海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)152個(gè)縣市為基本單元,綜合運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)的區(qū)域差異測(cè)度方法、ESDA、空間計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型等方法,分析了2000—2013年海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的時(shí)空動(dòng)態(tài)演變及其影響因素。結(jié)果表明：1海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的絕對(duì)差異總體呈不斷擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì),相對(duì)差異呈先增大后減小趨勢(shì),經(jīng)濟(jì)極化總體呈上升趨勢(shì)。2海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)域的空間正相關(guān)效應(yīng)正在逐漸加強(qiáng);LISA分析表明海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的空間格局呈現(xiàn)出明顯的“核心——邊緣”結(jié)構(gòu),HH集聚區(qū)由福建省沿海向內(nèi)陸壯大,LL集聚區(qū)呈片狀穩(wěn)定分布在閩粵和閩贛交界地。3 SEM模型的估計(jì)結(jié)果表明影響海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異的主要因素有產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、資本投入水平、城鎮(zhèn)化率、對(duì)外開(kāi)放程度、政府的宏觀調(diào)控能力和交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等。

Abstr：Based on the economic development statistics of 152 counties in Strait Economic Zone,this article analyses the temporal dynamic evolution of the regional economy and its influencing factors by using traditional statistic indices, spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial econometric model. The following results are obtained. First, since 2000, the absolute disparities of counties in Strait Economic Zone has constantly enlarged, the relative disparities have grown first and then decreased, and the trend of the polarization level of county economic development in Strait Economic Zone has slowly strengthened. Second, the space-related effects of Strait Economic Zone are gradually strengthened. The results of LISA reveal that not only the former rich cluster in the coastal region has expanded but also some new rich clusters emerged in inland region. There have long been significant poor areas in the junctions of provinces. Third, it uses spatial error model to find the aspects that affect the economy, that is, industrial structure, the level of capital investment, urbanization rate, the extent of opening, the government＇s macro-control ability and transport infrastructure.
