【摘要】：自從2009年哥本哈根氣候大會落幕以來,各個國家的人民關(guān)心的不光是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的問題,環(huán)境問題也成為了各個政府不得不重視的問題。新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)被各個國家提到了戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的角度,發(fā)展前景十分可觀。但是新能源企業(yè)作為一個新興戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè),其自身管理經(jīng)驗不足,而且正處于導入期,所以本文選擇新能源行業(yè)作為研究對象,會從資本結(jié)構(gòu)的角度來促進新能源行業(yè)的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu),加強公司治理,從而使新能源企業(yè)的企業(yè)價值最大化。所以這篇文章選定新能源行業(yè)的企業(yè)作為研究對象,以資本結(jié)構(gòu)對企業(yè)價值的相關(guān)性研究作為切入點,研究如何使用最優(yōu)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)促使新能源企業(yè)價值最大化。正文選用的方法有理論分析方法和實證研究方法,首先介紹了資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論以及企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響企業(yè)價值機制的相關(guān)理論,對各個專家學者的理論進行了一個梳理和總結(jié)。然后,通過對選取的中國新能源行業(yè)上市企業(yè)2010年到2012年三年的數(shù)據(jù)描述性分析,從宏觀層面了解了我國新能源上市企業(yè)的融資結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀以及企業(yè)的發(fā)展、盈利狀況,實證部分通過分析中國新能源企業(yè)的托賓Q值與企業(yè)的資本負債率、股權(quán)集中度、銀行借款率等資本結(jié)構(gòu)指標之間的關(guān)系,得出在新能源這一特殊領域,企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)價值之間相關(guān)性的結(jié)論,最后,在分析中國當前的新能源行業(yè)融資困難這一基礎上,學習歐美發(fā)達國家新能源行業(yè)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗,對中國新能源行業(yè)今后的發(fā)展提出建設性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Copenhagen Climate Conference in 2009, people in various countries have been concerned not only with economic development, but also with environmental issues. The new energy industry has been mentioned by each country the angle of strategic development, the development prospect is very considerable. However, as a new strategic industry, the new energy enterprise has insufficient management experience and is in the period of introduction, so this paper chooses the new energy industry as the research object. It will promote the steady development of the new energy industry from the angle of capital structure, optimize the capital structure, strengthen the corporate governance, so as to maximize the enterprise value of the new energy enterprise. So this article chooses the enterprise of the new energy industry as the research object, takes the capital structure to the enterprise value correlation research as the breakthrough point, studies how to use the best capital structure to promote the new energy enterprise value maximization. There are theoretical analysis methods and empirical research methods in the text. Firstly, the paper introduces the capital structure theory and the related theories of the enterprise capital structure influencing the enterprise value mechanism, and summarizes the theories of various experts and scholars. Then, through the descriptive analysis of the selected listed enterprises in China's new energy industry from 2010 to 2012, the financing structure, the development and the profit of the listed enterprises in China are understood from the macro level. The empirical part analyzes the relationship between Tobin Q value of Chinese new energy enterprises and capital debt ratio, equity concentration ratio, bank borrowing rate and other capital structure indicators, and draws a conclusion that in this special field of new energy, Finally, on the basis of analyzing the current financing difficulties of new energy industry in China, we learn from the successful experience of the development of new energy industry in developed countries in Europe and America. Put forward constructive policy suggestions to the future development of China's new energy industry.
