【摘要】：近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展、多元化休假制度日漸成熟、生活節(jié)奏日益加快,以及旅游者消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,鄉(xiāng)村旅游在一些地區(qū)得以迅速發(fā)展,成為推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一支重要力量,對增加農(nóng)民收入,改善農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)起到了重要作用。山東是全國重要的農(nóng)業(yè)大省和中國傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)祥地,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢。近年來,山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游起步早,發(fā)展較快,有力推動了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。但同時,由于多種因素,山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游也存著在整體水平較低、市場認(rèn)知度不高、空間布局不均衡等問題,影響和制約了山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游的產(chǎn)業(yè)提升和快速發(fā)展。為深入分析山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間布局存在的特征和其發(fā)展影響因素,尋找推進(jìn)山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展的路徑和方法,本文以近年來農(nóng)業(yè)部、國家旅游局等部門在山東命名的全國農(nóng)業(yè)旅游示范點(diǎn)、全國休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游示范點(diǎn)為研究對象,以大量數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用圖表等方式,從鄉(xiāng)村旅游的空間分布數(shù)量、類型、密度、規(guī)模等角度,對山東省鄉(xiāng)村旅游的空間分布特征進(jìn)行了定性與定量分析。同時,對鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間布局的影響因素也嘗試進(jìn)行了研究,運(yùn)用地理聯(lián)系率等方法,對客源市場、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、旅游資源稟賦、公路交通狀況等與鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間布局之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行定量分析。通過分析研究,將山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場以市為單位,劃分為4個等級。其中,青島、煙臺、日照、臨沂為鄉(xiāng)村旅游一級城市：棗莊、濰坊、濟(jì)寧、萊蕪、威海、德州為鄉(xiāng)村旅游二級城市；濟(jì)南、淄博、聊城、濱州為鄉(xiāng)村旅游三級城市；泰安、菏澤、東營為鄉(xiāng)村旅游四級城市。得出鄉(xiāng)村旅游較為發(fā)達(dá)的城市大多分布在東部沿海地區(qū),西部內(nèi)陸地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展相對緩慢。同時得出,客源市場、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、旅游資源稟賦、公路交通狀況與鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間布局關(guān)聯(lián)度較大,其中,以旅游資源稟賦關(guān)聯(lián)度最大。最后,針對山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,結(jié)合山東省鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃和鄉(xiāng)村旅游的特點(diǎn),對進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間布局提出科學(xué)規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)一布局,因地制宜、突出特色,先點(diǎn)后片、注重銜接等建議,以期對促進(jìn)山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)健康科學(xué)發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間布局起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of global economy, the diversification of the vacation system is gradually mature, the increasingly rapid pace of life, changes in consumer attitudes and tourism, rural tourism has been developing rapidly in some areas, has become an important force to promote the development of rural economy, increasing the income of peasants, has an important role to improve the structure of the rural economy. Shandong is the birthplace of the country's major agricultural province and China traditional agriculture, the development of rural tourism is richly endowed by nature advantage. In recent years, Shandong rural tourism started early, rapid development, a strong impetus to the development of rural economy. But at the same time, due to a variety of factors, Shandong rural tourism also exists in the low level of the whole market. Awareness is not high, the problem of space layout is not balanced, affecting and restricting the Shandong rural tourism industrial upgrading and rapid development. For further spatial analysis of rural tourism in Shandong Factors affecting the characteristics of layout exist and its development path and method of rural tourism for promoting the scientific development of Shandong in recent years, the Ministry of agriculture, the National Tourism Bureau and other departments in Shandong named the national agricultural tourism demonstration sites, national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration sites as the research object, based on a large amount of data, using charts from the way of rural tourism spatial distribution of the number, type, density, size and other point of view, the spatial distribution characteristics of rural tourism in Shandong province were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. At the same time, the influence factors of rural tourism spatial layout is studied, using Geographic contact rate method, the economic development of the tourist market,, tourism resources, quantitative analysis of correlation between highway traffic and space layout of rural tourism. Through the analysis, the market of rural tourism in Shandong by the city as a single A, is divided into 4 grades. Among them, Qingdao, Yantai, Rizhao, Linyi rural tourism in a city: Zaozhuang, Weifang, Jining, Laiwu, Weihai, Dezhou two city level for rural tourism; Ji'nan, Zibo, Liaocheng, Binzhou three city level for rural tourism; Tai'an, Heze, Dongying rural tourism the four class city. The rural tourism developed city are mostly located in the eastern coastal areas, the development of rural tourism in inland areas is relatively slow. At the same time, tourist market, economic development, tourism resources, traffic condition and Rural Village Association of tourism spatial distribution is relatively large, which, with the greatest correlation degree. Finally, the tourism resources in view of the current situation of rural tourism development in Shandong, and the existing problems, combined with the characteristics of rural tourism in Shandong province and the development planning of rural tourism, to put forward the scientific planning to further optimize the rural tourism spatial layout of Shandong, unity Suggestions for layout, adjusting measures to local conditions, highlighting characteristics, first post films and focusing on convergence are expected to play a certain role in promoting the healthy and scientific development of Shandong rural tourism and further optimizing the spatial layout of Shandong rural tourism.
