【摘要】：中華文明上下五千年歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長，各類文化遺產(chǎn)豐富，非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)更是文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分，成為中華文明屹立于世界之林的鮮活民族特征。然而我國眾多的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)處境不容樂觀，現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程加快和環(huán)境日益惡化給非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)帶來了諸多障礙。直至最近幾十年，我國才逐漸加強(qiáng)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)工作，，這為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)重獲新生帶來了新契機(jī)。但仍存在三大因素制約著非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作的開展：一是重視程度受歷史原因影響，仍然不高；二是生態(tài)環(huán)境受經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響，持續(xù)下降；三是資金籌集渠道短缺，保護(hù)經(jīng)費(fèi)落實不到位。為進(jìn)一步保護(hù)和繼承我國非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，就要積極倡導(dǎo)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展兩結(jié)合的原則，以非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)作為旅游業(yè)發(fā)展增長極，并通過發(fā)展旅游業(yè)帶動非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作。非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)，既是大勢所趨，又是每個公民不可推卸的歷史責(zé)任。 本文首先歸納總結(jié)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論概念，然后重點分析非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的主要問題，并以山西省的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)為例進(jìn)行旅游開發(fā)必要性和可行性分析，探討出非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)開發(fā)的模式。得出結(jié)論：非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)必須和旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合起來，并著重處理好資源開發(fā)過程中的開發(fā)和保護(hù)的關(guān)系，牢固樹立以人為本的總原則，有效地保護(hù)利用我國各類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:China has 5000 years of civilization has a long history, all kinds of rich cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage is an important part of cultural heritage, a distinct national characteristic of Chinese civilization stand in the world. However, the situation of intangible cultural heritage in our country many are not optimistic, accelerated the process of modernization and the deteriorating environment has brought many obstacles to protect the intangible cultural heritage. Until recent decades, China will gradually strengthen the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, the intangible cultural heritage rebirth has brought new opportunities. But there are still three major factors restricting the intangible cultural heritage protection work: one is seriously affected by historical reasons, still not high; two is the ecological environment by economic development, continued to decline; three is the channel of raising fund shortage of protection funds, the implementation is not in place for further protection and. The inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in China, we should actively promote the intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development of the combination of the two principles of the intangible cultural heritage tourism development as the growth pole, and through the development of tourism industry to promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage. The protection of intangible cultural heritage, is also represent the general trend. The historical responsibility of every citizen can not shirk.
In the first part of this paper summarizes the relevant theory of the intangible cultural heritage concept, then analyzes the present situation of the intangible cultural heritage and the main problems, and to the development of the intangible cultural heritage resources in Shanxi Province as an example to analyze the necessity and feasibility of tourism development, to explore the development of the intangible cultural heritage. Draw the conclusion: the development of protection the intangible cultural heritage and tourism must closely combine the relationship between development and protection, and mainly deal in the course of development of resources, firmly establish the general principle of people-oriented, effective protection and utilization of China's various types of intangible cultural heritage.
