【摘要】：隨著旅游業(yè)近幾年經(jīng)歷了長足而穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展，許多內(nèi)容豐富而類型多元化的旅游形式，被逐步衍生出來。匯集養(yǎng)生，休閑，度假，，康樂于一體的溫泉旅游產(chǎn)品逐漸成為了休閑旅游當(dāng)中的熱門形式。遼寧省營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)，地處于遼東半島的地?zé)釒�，地下蘊藏著豐富的地?zé)豳Y源，又擁有著得天獨厚的海濱旅游優(yōu)勢，但其在開發(fā)過程中未能建立區(qū)域溫泉開發(fā)模式，資源優(yōu)勢未被充分的挖掘利用。 因此，本文在分析比對國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展前提下，針對營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)的溫泉及其他資源特點，通過文獻(xiàn)資料收集整理，實證調(diào)研及SWOT分析法，對鲅魚圈區(qū)的溫泉概況及旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析，將鲅魚圈區(qū)分為西部海濱溫泉娛樂度假子區(qū)和東部泉山林雪觀光體驗子區(qū)兩部分，結(jié)合營口鲅魚圈區(qū)海濱溫泉旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃，提出鲅魚圈溫泉旅游開發(fā)模式“S+S”模式和“S+s”模式，并對模式的實施提出保障措施。 全文共分為六部分： 第一部分，為緒論。分析了營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游的開發(fā)模式，研究背景及意義。對溫泉旅游研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行歸類和分析，將國內(nèi)外溫泉旅游開發(fā)模式進(jìn)行比對，闡述主要研究方法等。 第二部分，對溫泉旅游進(jìn)行界定，運用系統(tǒng)論，資源稟賦等理論對本研究命題進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。 第三部分，為營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉資源概況。對該區(qū)溫泉旅游發(fā)展背景、資源評價、旅游市場進(jìn)行分析。 第四部分，為鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游發(fā)展分析。主要分析了營口鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游發(fā)展歷史，總體現(xiàn)狀，溫泉旅游開發(fā)類型，同時對營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游開發(fā)存在的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)，對營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游開發(fā)swot分析。 第五部分，為營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游開發(fā)模式探討。闡明了該區(qū)溫泉旅游的開發(fā)思路。對營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)溫泉旅游開發(fā)模式進(jìn)行探討，并對營口市鲅魚圈區(qū)海濱溫泉旅游開發(fā)模式的實施提出保障措施。 第六部分，為總結(jié)與展望�？偨Y(jié)本文研究結(jié)論，文章當(dāng)中存在的不足，以及對于研究的創(chuàng)新點提出新的展望
[Abstract]:With the rapid and steady development of tourism in recent years, many rich and diversified forms of tourism have been gradually derived. Hot spring tourism products, which collect health, leisure, vacation and Kang Le, have gradually become a popular form of leisure tourism. Bayuquan District of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the tropical area of Liaodong Peninsula, with abundant geothermal resources and unique advantages of seaside tourism, but it has failed to establish a regional hot spring development model in the process of development. The advantage of resources is not fully exploited. Therefore, on the premise of analyzing and comparing the domestic and foreign research progress, this paper aims at the characteristics of hot springs and other resources in Bayuquan District, Yingkou City, through literature collection, empirical investigation and SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis of the hot spring situation and tourism development of Bayuquan district, the area is divided into two parts: the western seaside hot spring recreation and vacation area and the eastern Quanshan forest snow sightseeing experience sub-area, and combined with the Yingkou Bayuquan district seaside hot spring tourism development plan. This paper puts forward the "S S" and "S s" mode of the hot spring tourism development mode in Bayuquan, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the mode. The full text is divided into six parts altogether: the first part, is the introduction. This paper analyzes the development mode, background and significance of hot spring tourism in Bayuquan District, Yingkou City. This paper classifies and analyzes the research progress of hot spring tourism, compares the domestic and foreign hot spring tourism development models, and expounds the main research methods. In the second part, we define the hot spring tourism and use the theory of system theory and resource endowment to guide the research. The third part is the survey of hot spring resources in Bayuquan District, Yingkou City. The background, resource evaluation and tourism market of hot spring tourism in this area are analyzed. The fourth part is the analysis of hot spring tourism development in Bayuquan district. This paper mainly analyzes the history of hot spring tourism development in Bayuquan district of Yingkou, the overall situation, the types of hot spring tourism development, and summarizes the problems existing in the development of hot spring tourism in Bayuquan district, Yingkou City. The swot analysis of hot spring tourism development in Bayuquan District, Yingkou City. The fifth part discusses the development mode of hot spring tourism in Bayuquan District of Yingkou City. This paper expounds the ideas of developing hot spring tourism in this area. This paper probes into the development mode of hot spring tourism in Bayuquan district, Yingkou city, and puts forward some safeguard measures for the implementation of the development mode of hot spring tourism in Bayuquan district, Yingkou city. The sixth part is the summary and prospect. This paper summarizes the research conclusions, the shortcomings in the article, and puts forward a new prospect for the innovation of the research.
