【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)是城市文化的載體，傳承著該城市經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會生活的風(fēng)貌和底蘊(yùn)，具有多方面的重要價值。在旅游業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的今天，隨著旅游者旅游需求由物質(zhì)享受向精神追求的轉(zhuǎn)變，歷史街區(qū)開始成為眾多旅游者向往的熱點區(qū)域。在這樣的形勢下，越來越多的人開始關(guān)注歷史街區(qū)的旅游開發(fā)。到目前為止，對歷史街區(qū)的研究比較多地集中在歷史遺存保護(hù)和建筑學(xué)角度的整治與更新上，從旅游開發(fā)角度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究的相對較少。 濟(jì)南于1986年被公布為國家第二批歷史文化名城，歷史街區(qū)是濟(jì)南的重要組成部分。然而在濟(jì)南的城市建設(shè)中，許多極具價值的、能體現(xiàn)濟(jì)南傳統(tǒng)文化的歷史街區(qū)已經(jīng)被摧毀。老商埠區(qū)是濟(jì)南留存下來的、為數(shù)不多的擁有比較完整歷史風(fēng)貌的歷史街區(qū)之一。老商埠區(qū)是濟(jì)南自1904年自開商埠以來，城市對外開放、兼收并蓄發(fā)展工商業(yè)的歷史見證，急需得到保護(hù)和開發(fā)，以旅游帶動街區(qū)重現(xiàn)活力即是一條有效的途徑。本文通過研究歷史街區(qū)的概念、特征和價值，結(jié)合老商埠區(qū)的歷史和旅游開發(fā)價值，實地考察老商埠區(qū)旅游開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，試圖以行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)競爭模型、資源基礎(chǔ)理論和動態(tài)能力理論為指導(dǎo)，分析論證在當(dāng)前城市改造和旅游發(fā)展形勢下，老商埠區(qū)進(jìn)行保護(hù)性旅游開發(fā)的可行性和對策建議，，以期對老商埠區(qū)的保護(hù)性旅游開發(fā)實踐起到參考價值，并可以推廣到其他城市歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)與開發(fā)中。 論文中提出的老商埠區(qū)保護(hù)性旅游開發(fā)對策是一種嘗試性的探索，部分細(xì)節(jié)還需進(jìn)一步深入研究。
[Abstract]:Historical district is the carrier of city culture, which inherits the style and information of the city's economic and social life, and has important value in many aspects. With the continuous development of tourism, with the change of tourist demand from material enjoyment to spiritual pursuit, the historical district has become a hot spot for many tourists. In such a situation, more and more people began to pay attention to the tourism development of historical blocks. Up to now, the research on the historical block is mainly focused on the protection of historical relics and the renovation and renewal of the architectural angle, and the systematic research from the perspective of tourism development is relatively less. Jinan was announced as the second batch of historical and cultural cities in 1986, and the historic district is an important part of Jinan. However, in the urban construction of Jinan, many valuable historical blocks which can reflect the traditional culture of Jinan have been destroyed. The old commercial district is one of the few historical blocks with relatively complete historical features. The old commercial port district is the historical witness of Jinan's opening to the outside world and the development of industry and commerce since 1904. It is urgent to protect and develop the old commercial port area. It is an effective way to promote the revival of the district by tourism. By studying the concept, characteristics and value of the historic district, combining the history and tourism development value of the old commercial district, this paper investigates the present situation and the existing problems of the tourism development in the old commercial port area, and attempts to use the competition model of the industry structure. Under the guidance of resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility and countermeasures of developing protective tourism in old commercial areas under the current situation of urban transformation and tourism development. It is expected to be of reference value to the practice of protective tourism development in old commercial districts and can be extended to the protection and development of other urban historical blocks. The countermeasures proposed in this paper are an attempt to explore the development of protective tourism in the old commercial area, and some details need to be further studied.
