【摘要】：生態(tài)旅游作為一種親近自然、回歸自然的旅游方式，受到大眾的廣泛青睞。自然保護(hù)區(qū)憑借其自然資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)，也參與到生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)中來。自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)涉及到生態(tài)效益和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的協(xié)調(diào)問題，引起各級(jí)政府及有關(guān)部門的廣泛關(guān)注，其開發(fā)的內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境因素分析是當(dāng)前生態(tài)旅游研究的熱點(diǎn)問題之一。 本文在綜述國內(nèi)外生態(tài)旅游相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)生態(tài)旅游的基礎(chǔ)理論，以福建安溪云中山省級(jí)自然保護(hù)區(qū)為例，研究自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)問題。 文章首先梳理了生態(tài)旅游的相關(guān)概念和理論，闡述了生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)與自然保護(hù)區(qū)之間的辯證關(guān)系，探討了生態(tài)旅游開展對(duì)自然保護(hù)區(qū)的正負(fù)面影響。 以生態(tài)旅游理論為指導(dǎo)，分析安溪云中山自然保護(hù)區(qū)的概況，通過專家打分方法，對(duì)自然保護(hù)區(qū)旅游資源狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。根據(jù)SWOT分析方法，定性分析云中山自然保護(hù)區(qū)開展生態(tài)旅游的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅。借用SWOT定量評(píng)價(jià)模型，對(duì)云中山自然保護(hù)區(qū)開展生態(tài)旅游的內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行分析，對(duì)其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅的力度進(jìn)一步評(píng)價(jià)。最后，應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略評(píng)估矩陣圖，分析其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。 得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論為：安溪云中山自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境好，自然景觀保存完好，可開發(fā)內(nèi)容豐富，開發(fā)利用價(jià)值和潛力巨大。在安溪云中山自然保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)開展生態(tài)旅游，其內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢(shì)大于劣勢(shì)，外部機(jī)遇和威脅并存。因此，開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略可以考慮增長型與多種經(jīng)營型相結(jié)合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本研究在理論方面，豐富和補(bǔ)充了有關(guān)生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)的相關(guān)理論。在實(shí)踐方面，，對(duì)安溪云中山自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)作用，并對(duì)類似其他自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As a kind of close to nature and return to nature, ecotourism is widely favored by the public. Nature reserves also participate in the development of ecotourism by virtue of their advantages of natural resources and ecological environment. The development of ecotourism in nature reserves involves the coordination of ecological benefits and social economic benefits, which has aroused the widespread concern of governments at all levels and relevant departments. The analysis of internal and external environmental factors is one of the hot issues in the research of ecotourism. Based on the review of domestic and foreign studies on ecotourism, and based on the basic theory of ecotourism, this paper takes Yunshan Provincial Nature Reserve in Anxi, Fujian Province as an example to study the development of ecotourism in Nature Reserve. This paper firstly combs the related concepts and theories of ecotourism, expounds the dialectical relationship between ecotourism development and nature reserves, and probes into the positive and negative effects of ecotourism development on nature reserves. Under the guidance of ecotourism theory, this paper analyzes the general situation of Yunshan Nature Reserve in Anxi, and evaluates the status of tourism resources in the Nature Reserve by means of expert scoring method. According to the SWOT analysis method, this paper qualitatively analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing ecotourism in Yunshan Nature Reserve. Based on the quantitative evaluation model of SWOT, this paper analyzes the internal and external environmental factors of developing eco-tourism in Yunshan Nature Reserve, and further evaluates the strength of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally, using the strategic evaluation matrix diagram, analyze its development strategic focus. The conclusions are as follows: the ecological environment of Yunshan Nature Reserve in Anxi is good, the natural landscape is well preserved, the content of exploitation is rich, the value and potential of exploitation and utilization are great. The advantages of ecotourism in Yunshan Nature Reserve of Anxi are greater than those of inferiority, and the external opportunities and threats coexist. Therefore, the development strategy may consider the growth type and the various management type unifies the development strategy. This study enriches and complements the related theories of ecotourism development in theory. In practice, it can guide and promote the development of ecotourism and sustainable development in Yunshan Nature Reserve of Anxi, and it can also be used for reference for the development of ecotourism similar to other nature reserves.
