【摘要】：河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在邁入新世紀后進入一個快速發(fā)展的階段，旅游經(jīng)濟成為河北省國民經(jīng)濟的一個重要增長點。在眾多旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素中，本文主要研究旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的金融支持這一問題。 本文在對現(xiàn)有文獻和研究成果總結(jié)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上，從金融資本支持和金融政策支持兩個方面入手分析其對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的作用機制，進而在理論層面上驗證了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的金融支持作用。金融資本支持從銀行信貸和證券市場兩個方面入手，分別概括了支持旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的作用機制。銀行信貸通過資金形成機制、利益競爭機制、信用催化機制以及供求調(diào)節(jié)機制影響旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)資本要素分配；證券市場主要通過股票機制、債券機制及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)基金優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素，改善旅游企業(yè)管理。 接下來，分析了河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析部分從旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)總收入、旅游人數(shù)、旅游企業(yè)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)四方面分析了2000年—2011年河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程，，指出現(xiàn)有旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的水平及不合理之處。金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析部分從金融資本和金融政策兩方面闡釋了我省支持旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的金融現(xiàn)狀。 在現(xiàn)狀分析和理論分析的基礎(chǔ)之上，本研究對金融支持旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進行了實證分析。金融支持數(shù)據(jù)由于金融政策支持較少，主要選取了金融資本支持的指標（FCI）。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展指標主要選取了宏觀型的指標旅游總收入(TGI)和旅游人數(shù)(TN)，對三個指標進行了協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果檢驗，得出金融支持與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展正相關(guān)關(guān)系的，金融支持與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在單向因果關(guān)系。根據(jù)上述分析得出結(jié)論：河北省金融支持旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的力度不足,特別是金融政策支持還很欠缺。 結(jié)合河北省實際情況，筆者提出了金融支持河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議，旨在實現(xiàn)金融資本和金融政策對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支持。這些建議包括創(chuàng)新多元化的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資機制，提高金融資本支持旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的能力；完善金融政策，提高金融政策支持旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的能力；增強旅游企業(yè)主動性，積極宣傳推介，主動爭取金融支持。
[Abstract]:The tourism industry of Hebei Province has entered a stage of rapid development after entering the new century, and the tourism economy has become an important growth point of the national economy of Hebei Province. Among the factors influencing the development of tourism industry, this paper mainly studies the financial support of tourism industry development. Based on the review of the existing literature and research results, this paper analyzes the mechanism of its effect on the development of tourism industry from two aspects: financial capital support and financial policy support. Furthermore, it verifies the financial support function of tourism industry development on the theoretical level. Financial capital support from the bank credit and securities market, respectively summarized the role of supporting tourism industry development mechanism. Bank credit affects the distribution of tourism industry capital elements through the mechanism of fund formation, interest competition, credit catalytic mechanism and supply and demand regulation mechanism; the stock market mainly through the stock mechanism, The bond mechanism and the tourism industry fund optimize the factors of tourism industry production and improve the management of tourism enterprises. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of tourism industry and financial development in Hebei Province. The present situation of tourism industry development in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2011 is analyzed from four aspects: total income of tourism industry, tourism population, tourism enterprises and supporting industries. This paper points out the level and irrationality of the development of tourism industry. The analysis of the present situation of financial development explains the present financial situation of supporting tourism industry from two aspects of financial capital and financial policy. On the basis of current situation analysis and theoretical analysis, this study makes an empirical analysis on the development of financial support tourism industry. Financial support data because of the lack of financial policy support, the main choice of financial capital support indicator (FCI). The tourism industry development index mainly selects the macroscopic type indicator (TGI) and the tourist population (TN), to carry on the cointegration test and the Granger causality test to the three indexes, obtains the financial support and the tourism industry development positive correlation, There is a one-way causal relationship between financial support and tourism industry development. According to the above analysis, it is concluded that the financial support for tourism industry in Hebei Province is insufficient, especially the financial policy support. Based on the actual situation of Hebei Province, the author puts forward some policy suggestions to support the development of tourism industry in Hebei Province, aiming at realizing the support of financial capital and financial policy to the development of tourism industry. These suggestions include innovating and diversifying the investment and financing mechanism of tourism industry, improving the ability of financial capital to support the development of tourism industry; perfecting financial policy and enhancing the ability of financial policy to support the development of tourism industry; enhancing the initiative of tourism enterprises. Actively promote and promote, and take the initiative to win financial support.
