【摘要】：針對(duì)保護(hù)好地質(zhì)旅游資源是社會(huì)文明和進(jìn)步的客觀要求，也是自然保護(hù)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容，同時(shí)，合理開發(fā)利用地質(zhì)旅游資源還能帶來一定的社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益。阜新市政府為了尋求新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)，試圖在原有旅游資源的基礎(chǔ)上，努力發(fā)掘新的旅游資源，打造“世界級(jí)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游城”這一品牌。受阜新市政府、國土資源局的委托，，開展了阜新地區(qū)地質(zhì)旅游資源的分布與開發(fā)前景的評(píng)價(jià)工作，通過全區(qū)大范圍區(qū)域地質(zhì)旅游資源的調(diào)查，得出阜新地區(qū)共有6大類、19亞類、共30處地質(zhì)旅游景觀，可劃分為清河門—新邱中生代含煤地層等5個(gè)地質(zhì)旅游資源區(qū)；通過對(duì)主要景觀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)，得出海州露天礦國家礦山公園等3個(gè)地質(zhì)景觀區(qū)為一級(jí)地質(zhì)旅游資源；官才山玄武巖等11個(gè)地質(zhì)景觀區(qū)為二級(jí)地質(zhì)旅游資源；大嶺韌性剪切帶等12個(gè)地質(zhì)景觀區(qū)為三級(jí)地質(zhì)旅游資源和古長城等4個(gè)地質(zhì)景觀區(qū)為四級(jí)地質(zhì)旅游資源。在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合旅游資源開發(fā)所遵循的原則，分析了阜新地區(qū)地質(zhì)旅游資源的開發(fā)前景，并提出了合理開發(fā)利用和如何加強(qiáng)保護(hù)阜新地區(qū)地質(zhì)旅游資源的建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:It is an objective requirement of social civilization and progress to protect geological tourism resources, and it is also an important content of nature protection. At the same time, reasonable exploitation and utilization of geological tourism resources can bring certain social, economic and environmental benefits. In order to seek new economic growth point, Fuxin city government tries to explore new tourism resources on the basis of the original tourist resources, and to build the brand of "world-class industrial heritage tourism city". Entrusted by the government of Fuxin and the Bureau of Land and Resources, the evaluation of the distribution and development prospects of geological tourism resources in Fuxin area was carried out. Through the investigation of the regional geological tourism resources in the whole area, it was concluded that there were 6 kinds and 19 subgroups of geological tourism resources in Fuxin area. A total of 30 geological tourist landscapes can be divided into 5 geological tourism resource areas, such as Qinghemen-Xinqiu Mesozoic coal-bearing strata. It is concluded that 3 geological landscape areas of Haizhou open-pit mine park are first-class geological tourism resources, 11 geological landscape areas such as Guancaishan basalt are second-class geological tourism resources. Twelve geological landscape areas including Daling ductile shear zone are three grade geological tourism resources and four geological landscape areas such as ancient the Great Wall are four grade geological tourism resources. On this basis, combined with the principles followed by the exploitation of tourism resources, this paper analyzes the development prospects of geological tourism resources in Fuxin area, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on rational exploitation and utilization and how to strengthen the protection of geological tourism resources in Fuxin area.
