【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)(CAFTA)建設(shè)的順利推進(jìn),中國與東盟國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作關(guān)系不斷得到發(fā)展,將位于祖國邊陲的廣西和云南推向了中國-東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的中心位置,使之成為了連接中國-東盟的重要國際通道和樞紐,在一定程度上,也形成了地區(qū)間的合作與競爭的關(guān)系。旅游業(yè)作為中國東盟合作的重要領(lǐng)域之一,伴隨著其合作的不斷深入,為廣西與云南開拓旅游市場及加速旅游發(fā)展提供了極大的機(jī)遇,同時也帶來了挑戰(zhàn),要想在激烈的市場競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟不斷前進(jìn),必須積極培育和提升地區(qū)旅游業(yè)的競爭力。 本論文以廣西與云南的旅游競爭力作為研究對象,首先在總結(jié)前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對競爭力、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力、旅游競爭力三者進(jìn)行了概念的界定,分析了CAFTA的建立對廣西與云南旅游業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的影響,以系統(tǒng)論、區(qū)位論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論等作為研究的理論基礎(chǔ),從旅游競爭力影響因素出發(fā),構(gòu)建了CAFTA框架下廣西與云南旅游競爭力評價的指標(biāo)體系和模型。接著運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析對指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了修正,最終確定了包含3個一級指標(biāo)、8個二級指標(biāo)、50個三級指標(biāo)的旅游競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系；在論文的重點(diǎn)部分結(jié)合SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件運(yùn)用因子分析法對享受西部大開發(fā)政策的十二個省、市、自治區(qū)2010年的旅游競爭力進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的橫向?qū)Ρ确治?通過分析可知2010年廣西旅游綜合競爭力比云南稍強(qiáng),其中在資源稟賦、人力資源、旅游業(yè)發(fā)展水平、企業(yè)素質(zhì)四個方面競爭力弱于云南,另外分別對廣西與云南2001年至2010年旅游競爭力的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的縱向比較分析,通過分析可知近十年來廣西與云南旅游綜合競爭力均呈上升趨勢,并且云南旅游業(yè)抗壓能力強(qiáng)于廣西。最后通過綜合對廣西與云南橫向分析與縱向分析的結(jié)果,得出廣西在資源稟賦、人力資源、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、商業(yè)環(huán)境、旅游企業(yè)素質(zhì)等五個方面的競爭力應(yīng)著力提升,并針對此提出了提升廣西旅游業(yè)競爭力的對策。 本文的研究成果,有助于地區(qū)更加清楚的認(rèn)識自身旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及潛力,為政府制定宏觀旅游政策提供了理論依據(jù),具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the smooth development of the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade area (CAFTA), the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries has been continuously developed, and Guangxi and Yunnan, which are located in the border of the motherland, have been pushed to the center of the China-ASEAN economic circle. It has become an important international channel and hub connecting China and ASEAN, and to a certain extent, it has also formed the relationship of regional cooperation and competition. Tourism, as one of the important fields of China-ASEAN cooperation, with the deepening of cooperation, provides great opportunities and challenges for Guangxi and Yunnan to open up the tourism market and accelerate the development of tourism. In order to stand firm in the fierce market competition, we must actively cultivate and enhance the competitiveness of regional tourism. This paper takes the tourism competitiveness of Guangxi and Yunnan as the research object. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the previous studies, the paper defines the concepts of competitiveness, industrial competitiveness and tourism competitiveness. This paper analyzes the influence of the establishment of CAFTA on the tourism development of Guangxi and Yunnan. Based on the system theory, location theory, sustainable development theory and so on, the paper starts from the influencing factors of tourism competitiveness. The index system and model of tourism competitiveness evaluation between Guangxi and Yunnan are established under the framework of CAFTA. Then the index system is revised by correlation analysis, and the evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness is determined, which includes 3 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes and 50 tertiary indexes. In the key part of the paper, the author makes a detailed horizontal comparative analysis of the tourism competitiveness of 12 provinces, cities and autonomous regions enjoying the policy of western development in 2010 by using factor analysis method combined with SPSS statistical software. Through the analysis, we can see that the comprehensive competitiveness of Guangxi tourism in 2010 is slightly stronger than that of Yunnan, among which the competitiveness in the four aspects of resource endowment, human resources, tourism development level and enterprise quality is weaker than that in Yunnan. In addition, the development of tourism competitiveness between Guangxi and Yunnan from 2001 to 2010 is compared and analyzed in detail. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the overall competitiveness of Guangxi and Yunnan has been on the rise in the past ten years. And Yunnan tourism is stronger than Guangxi. Finally, by synthesizing the results of horizontal and vertical analysis of Guangxi and Yunnan, it is concluded that the competitiveness of Guangxi in five aspects, namely, resource endowment, human resources, infrastructure, business environment and tourism enterprise quality, should be enhanced. In view of this, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Guangxi tourism industry. The research results of this paper are helpful for the region to understand the present situation and potential of tourism development clearly, and provide the theoretical basis for the government to formulate macro-tourism policy, which has certain guiding significance.
