【摘要】：以桂林市陽(yáng)朔為例,借助傳統(tǒng)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)研法和模糊統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)陽(yáng)朔居民旅游發(fā)展的影響感知進(jìn)行了比較調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)陽(yáng)朔當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥?duì)旅游影響的積極感知強(qiáng)于消極感知.尤其對(duì)旅游發(fā)展帶來(lái)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化的影響持有更多的肯定態(tài)度,對(duì)旅游帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的增長(zhǎng)感到滿意.2種問(wèn)卷方法均支持了居民對(duì)社會(huì)文化的感知較為統(tǒng)一,分歧較少,幾乎沒(méi)有矛盾感知.但是,對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的感知,傳統(tǒng)問(wèn)卷方法顯示出居民既肯定旅游發(fā)展的積極一面,也對(duì)消極選項(xiàng)的感知明顯.模糊問(wèn)卷結(jié)果顯示出居民在環(huán)境影響感知方面最為矛盾,關(guān)注度最高.傳統(tǒng)問(wèn)卷方法發(fā)現(xiàn)了居民對(duì)旅游發(fā)展使當(dāng)?shù)匚廴驹龆嗟膽B(tài)度不一,分歧最大,且原因不明.借助模糊統(tǒng)計(jì)問(wèn)卷方法的分析,得知旅游季節(jié)性因素是造成居民感知不一的主要原因.2種調(diào)研方法的使用能讓調(diào)研結(jié)論更能接近居民的真實(shí)感知,為政府了解旅游帶來(lái)的社會(huì)影響,制定旅游規(guī)劃提供理論支持.
[Abstract]:Taking Yangshuo in Guilin as an example, this paper makes a comparative investigation on the impact perception of Yangshuo residents' tourism development by means of traditional questionnaire survey and fuzzy statistical method. It is found that the positive perception of Yangshuo's tourism impact is stronger than the negative perception. In particular, there are more positive attitudes towards the social, economic and cultural impacts brought by tourism development, and two questionnaires, which are satisfied with the growth of economic benefits brought by tourism, all support the residents' relatively unified perception of social culture and have less differences. There is almost no perception of contradiction. However, the traditional questionnaire method shows that residents not only affirm the positive side of tourism development, but also have a clear perception of negative options. The result of fuzzy questionnaire showed that the residents' perception of environmental impact was the most contradictory and the attention was the highest. The traditional questionnaire method found that the residents have different attitudes towards tourism development and make the local pollution increase, the difference is the biggest, and the reason is unknown. Based on the analysis of fuzzy statistical questionnaire, it is found that the seasonal factors of tourism are the main reasons for the different perception of residents. The use of 2 kinds of survey methods can make the survey conclusion more close to the real perception of residents. For the government to understand the social impact of tourism, tourism planning to provide theoretical support.
