【摘要】：生態(tài)旅游是當(dāng)今世界旅游發(fā)展的潮流，也是旅游研究的熱點(diǎn)。新疆擁有豐富的生態(tài)旅游資源，生態(tài)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)有一定的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)，旅游業(yè)正在成為推動(dòng)新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)為指導(dǎo)，以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、生命周期、旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)理論知識(shí)作為依據(jù)，，從多個(gè)角度來(lái)研究新疆生態(tài)旅游的發(fā)展問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)新疆生態(tài)旅游的資源與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)證分析，并通過(guò)喀納斯自然風(fēng)景區(qū)的典型案例的分析，找出新疆生態(tài)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題，在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出新疆生態(tài)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議，為新疆生態(tài)旅游的開(kāi)發(fā)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理提供有益的參考。 論文的研究對(duì)象是新疆生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)，全文分為6部分內(nèi)容：第一部分，對(duì)論文的選題背景與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述，對(duì)論文的結(jié)構(gòu)作了安排；第二部分，對(duì)生態(tài)旅游的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定，重點(diǎn)分析了生態(tài)旅游的有關(guān)理論，作為本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分，重點(diǎn)對(duì)新疆的山地、荒漠、草原、濕地、綠洲、人文等幾個(gè)方面生態(tài)旅游資源進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)梳理；第四部分，運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析方法，對(duì)新疆生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展歷程、生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，并重點(diǎn)分析了新疆生態(tài)旅游客源市場(chǎng)及其生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品，從宏觀(guān)上把握新疆生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀；第五部分，鑒于新疆生態(tài)旅游資源極其豐富，景區(qū)繁多，為了剖析新疆生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題，論文以喀納斯自然風(fēng)景區(qū)為例，詳細(xì)分析評(píng)價(jià)了喀納斯風(fēng)景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游的現(xiàn)狀，當(dāng)前，喀納斯風(fēng)景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展還存在生態(tài)旅游理念認(rèn)識(shí)不到位、景區(qū)污染嚴(yán)重生態(tài)系統(tǒng)有所破壞、旅游人才不能滿(mǎn)足生態(tài)旅游管理的需要、人文生態(tài)旅游資源保護(hù)力度不夠等問(wèn)題；第六部分，在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從旅游規(guī)劃、宣傳教育、規(guī)制建設(shè)、凝練特色以及產(chǎn)品促銷(xiāo)等幾個(gè)方面，提出進(jìn)一步發(fā)展新疆生態(tài)旅游業(yè)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism is the trend of tourism development in the world today, and it is also the hot spot of tourism research. Xinjiang has abundant ecotourism resources and the development of ecotourism has a certain practical foundation. Tourism is becoming a strategic pillar industry to promote the economic development of Xinjiang. Based on the theory of sustainable development, life cycle, tourism economy, ecological economy and so on, this paper studies the development of ecotourism in Xinjiang from many angles. Based on the empirical analysis of the resources and development status of ecological tourism in Xinjiang, and the analysis of typical cases of Kanas natural scenic spot, the problems existing in the development of ecological tourism in Xinjiang are found out. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of eco-tourism in Xinjiang and provides a useful reference for the development, management and management of eco-tourism in Xinjiang. The research object of the paper is Xinjiang ecotourism industry, the full text is divided into six parts: the first part, the background and significance of the thesis, the domestic and foreign related research status, the structure of the paper is arranged; the second part, The related concepts of ecotourism are defined, and the relevant theories of ecotourism are analyzed as the theoretical basis of this paper. The third part focuses on the mountain, desert, grassland, wetland, oasis in Xinjiang. In the fourth part, using the method of empirical analysis, the author analyzes the development course of ecotourism in Xinjiang and the present situation of ecotourism industry system. It also analyzes the ecotourism market and its ecotourism products in Xinjiang, and holds the basic status of ecotourism development in Xinjiang macroscopically. The fifth part, in view of the extremely rich resources of ecotourism in Xinjiang, there are many scenic spots in Xinjiang. In order to analyze the problems existing in the development of ecological tourism in Xinjiang, this paper, taking Kanas natural scenic spot as an example, analyzes and evaluates the present situation of ecological tourism in Kanas scenic spot in detail. In the development of ecological tourism in Kanas Scenic area, there is still a lack of understanding of the concept of ecotourism, serious pollution of scenic area and destruction of ecological system, and tourism talents can not meet the needs of ecotourism management. The sixth part, on the basis of the above analysis, from the aspects of tourism planning, propaganda and education, regulatory construction, condensed characteristics and product promotion, etc. Some policy suggestions for further development of ecological tourism in Xinjiang are put forward.
