【摘要】：發(fā)展農村合作經濟是我國實現農業(yè)產業(yè)化和現代化的重要途徑。合作經濟組織作為當前農村發(fā)展中較為有效的一種生產經營形式,合作關系的穩(wěn)定性是保障農戶持續(xù)獲利以及生產經營風險有效分擔的重要條件。由于部分農產品具有貨架期短、價格波動劇烈等特性,當前農戶合作程度不夠深入,合作前景極不樂觀。農戶依然缺少穩(wěn)定的合作銷售渠道,農產品滯銷等問題也頻繁發(fā)生。穩(wěn)定有效且互利的農戶合作是農村合作經濟發(fā)展的必然要求。社會資本理論為許多社會科學問題的研究提供了一個全新的視角。通常在涉農合作伙伴關系中,合作績效直接地影響著合作關系,而合作穩(wěn)定性對合作的持續(xù)則具有更深層次的作用。社會資本理論認為,個體行為都是鑲嵌在其所處的關系網絡中,對個體行為及感知的分析研究應與其具體社會聯系相結合。因此農民合作社的合作穩(wěn)定性必然會受合作社內部社會資本的影響。本文的研究重點則是合作社內部社會資本、合作績效與合作穩(wěn)定性三者之間的關系。本文構建了農民專業(yè)合作社“內部社會資本—合作績效—合作穩(wěn)定性”這一邏輯模型�；�于對農民專業(yè)合作社的社員進行的問卷調查數據,以合作社內部社會資本為外生潛變量,合作穩(wěn)定性為內生潛變量,并以合作績效為中介變量,使用SPSS 22.0以及AMOS 21.0等統(tǒng)計分析軟件,進行結構方程模型路徑分析,研究了合作社內部社會資本與合作績效對合作穩(wěn)定性的作用機制。研究結果表明,合作社內部社會資本以及合作績效對合作穩(wěn)定性具有正向促進作用。合作社內部社會資本對合作績效具有正向促進作用。社會網絡對社會績效正向作用顯著,社會信任與社會網絡對經濟績效正向作用顯著。合作績效在合作社內部社會資本與合作穩(wěn)定性的關系中起中介作用。社會信任對合作穩(wěn)定性的促進作用受到經濟績效的部分中介效應影響。社會網絡對合作穩(wěn)定性的促進作用受到社會績效與經濟績效的部分中介效應影響。而合作規(guī)范對合作穩(wěn)定性的促進作用則不受合作績效的中介效應影響。在此基礎上,得到關于如何提高合作穩(wěn)定性的相關啟示。
[Abstract]:The development of rural cooperative economy is an important way to realize the industrialization and modernization of agriculture in our country. The stability of cooperative relationship is an important condition to ensure farmers' sustainable profit and effective sharing of production and management risks. Because some agricultural products have the characteristics of short shelf life and sharp price fluctuation, the degree of farmers' cooperation is not deep enough at present. The prospects for cooperation are very low. Farmers still lack stable cooperative sales channels. Problems such as unsalable agricultural products occur frequently. Stable, effective and mutually beneficial peasant household cooperation is an inevitable requirement for the development of rural cooperative economy. The theory of social capital provides a new perspective for the study of many social science problems. Often in agricultural partnerships, Cooperative performance directly affects the cooperative relationship, while cooperative stability plays a deeper role in the continuity of cooperation. Social capital theory holds that individual behavior is embedded in the relationship network in which it is located. The analysis of individual behavior and perception should be combined with their specific social connections. Therefore, the cooperative stability of farmers' cooperatives is bound to be influenced by the internal social capital of cooperatives. The relationship between cooperative performance and cooperative stability. This paper constructs the logical model of "internal social capital-cooperative performance-cooperative stability". Data from the questionnaire survey, Taking social capital as exogenous latent variable, cooperative stability as endogenous latent variable and cooperative performance as intermediary variable, using statistical analysis software such as SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0, the path analysis of structural equation model is carried out. The effects of social capital and cooperative performance on cooperative stability are studied. Cooperative internal social capital and cooperative performance have positive contribution to cooperative stability, cooperative internal social capital has positive contribution to cooperative performance, and social network has positive effect on social performance. Social trust and social network play a significant positive role in economic performance. Cooperative performance plays an intermediary role in the relationship between social capital and cooperative stability within cooperatives. The contribution of social network to cooperative stability is affected by social performance and economic performance, while the contribution of cooperative norms to cooperative stability is not affected by cooperative performance. Effects of mediating effects. On this basis, Get some enlightenment on how to improve the stability of cooperation.
