【摘要】：黑龍江省是中國粳稻重要的產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置優(yōu)勢與氣候條件為稻米的高產(chǎn)出奠定了基礎(chǔ),稻米加工企業(yè)的發(fā)展也因此獲得了先決優(yōu)勢,作為黑龍江經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱行業(yè),其發(fā)展的前景顯得尤為重要。截至目前,黑龍江省稻米加工企業(yè)達(dá)2900余家,但是多數(shù)企業(yè)并沒有意識到原有純粹的競爭關(guān)系已經(jīng)不適于其在當(dāng)前激烈的稻谷市場競爭環(huán)境中長期立足與發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致這些稻米加工企業(yè)普遍經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模程度不高。因此,亟需參與以合作共贏理念組建的稻米加工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟來打破發(fā)展僵局。稻米產(chǎn)業(yè)在一定程度上受農(nóng)業(yè)靈活性的影響,這使得聯(lián)盟的穩(wěn)定性面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn),不穩(wěn)定因素威脅聯(lián)盟競爭力,這就有必要分析影響稻米加工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的因素,找出應(yīng)對之策。該行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟仍處于起步階段,在對黑龍江省稻米加工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟研究之后發(fā)現(xiàn),其存在著忽視聯(lián)盟伙伴間的關(guān)系管理、聯(lián)盟成員企業(yè)控制力不對稱等一系列問題,這些問題的存在均有導(dǎo)致聯(lián)盟不穩(wěn)定的隱患,因此本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、層次分析法等方法對影響戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的內(nèi)、外部因素進(jìn)行研究探討,在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了層次分析模型,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研運(yùn)用專家打分法來測評各因素對稻米加工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的影響程度。得出結(jié)論:伙伴選擇匹配性、道德信任機(jī)制、企業(yè)文化契合度、利益分配機(jī)制是影響黑龍江省稻米加工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的內(nèi)部因素;自然因素、資本因素、政治法律、技術(shù)因素、市場因素是影響其穩(wěn)定性的外部因素。利益分配機(jī)制是內(nèi)部因素中影響比重最大的因素,資本因素是外部因素中影響比重最大的因素;內(nèi)部因素的影響效果要高于外部因素。最后,根據(jù)層次分析模型的測評結(jié)果與聯(lián)盟中存在的問題,總結(jié)提出正確選擇聯(lián)盟伙伴加強(qiáng)關(guān)系管理、建立詳盡契約制度平衡成員控制力、保持成員企業(yè)間競合關(guān)系平衡運(yùn)行等途徑來進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)黑龍江省稻米加工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性。希望本文能對提升黑龍江省稻米加工企業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力,對行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的具體實(shí)施帶來幫助,為保障黑龍江省稻米加工產(chǎn)業(yè)在當(dāng)前新常態(tài)下獲得穩(wěn)步長足發(fā)展提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang Province is one of the important producing areas of japonica rice in China. The advantageous geographical location and climatic conditions have laid the foundation for the high yield of rice, and the development of rice processing enterprises has gained the advantage of first decision. As the pillar industry of Heilongjiang's economic development, the prospect of its development is particularly important. Up to now, there are more than 2,900 rice processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. However, most enterprises do not realize that the original pure competition relationship is no longer suitable for their long-term development in the competitive environment of the current intense rice market, which leads to the low general economic scale of these rice processing enterprises. It is urgent to participate in the strategic alliance of rice processing enterprises based on the concept of win-win cooperation to break the deadlock of development. The rice industry is partly affected by agricultural flexibility, which puts the stability of the alliance at risk. The unstable factors threaten the competitiveness of the alliance, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the stability of the strategic alliance of rice processing enterprises and find out the countermeasures. After studying the strategic alliance of rice processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, it is found that there are a series of problems, such as neglecting the relationship management among alliance partners, asymmetric control power of alliance members, and so on. The existence of these problems has the hidden trouble that leads to the instability of the alliance. Therefore, this paper uses the methods of literature research, comparative analysis, analytic hierarchy process and other methods to study the internal and external factors that affect the stability of strategic alliance, on the basis of which, the paper studies the internal and external factors that affect the stability of the strategic alliance. The AHP model is constructed and the expert scoring method is used to evaluate the influence of various factors on the stability of strategic alliance of rice processing enterprises through field investigation. The conclusions are as follows: the matching of partner selection, the mechanism of moral trust, the degree of corporate culture fit. Benefit distribution mechanism is the internal factor that affects the stability of strategic alliance of rice processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, natural factor, capital factor, political and legal factor, technical factor, The market factor is the external factor which affects its stability, the profit distribution mechanism is the most influential factor among the internal factors, and the capital factor is the most important factor among the external factors. The effect of internal factors is higher than that of external factors. Finally, according to the evaluation results of AHP model and the problems existing in the alliance, the correct selection of alliance partners to strengthen the relationship management is put forward. Establish a detailed contract system to balance member control, To further enhance the stability of the strategic alliance of rice processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, we hope that this paper can enhance the comprehensive strength of rice processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. It will help the implementation of the industry strategic alliance and provide theoretical reference for ensuring the steady development of rice processing industry in Heilongjiang Province under the new normal condition.
