【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,外出務(wù)工成為越來越多農(nóng)民的選擇,但這一勞動力遷移行為對他們獲取幸福感是否具有貢獻卻不得而知。以往農(nóng)民工幸福感研究主要關(guān)注幸福感的結(jié)果及其影響因素,而相對忽略了遷移行為本身對幸福感的作用。文章使用清華大學(xué)2012年數(shù)據(jù),通過傾向值匹配以及固定效應(yīng)模型考察了勞動力遷移對農(nóng)民工幸福感的影響及其機制。研究表明,總體上勞動力遷移會抑制農(nóng)民工的幸福感,外出務(wù)工雖以經(jīng)濟收入為回報,但卻以犧牲幸福感為代價。其中,親密關(guān)系、居住環(huán)境、人際環(huán)境,以及歸屬感的變化是遷移削弱幸福感的重要原因。文章認為,增加農(nóng)民工的收入固然重要,但為其營建一個親善的環(huán)境,增進農(nóng)民工對城市的歸屬感才是提升其幸福感的關(guān)鍵要素,這也是"以人為本"的新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的核心所在。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, migrant workers have become the choice of more and more farmers. However, it is not clear whether this labor migration behavior contributes to their well-being. Previous studies on the well-being of migrant workers focused on the results of happiness and its influencing factors. The paper uses the 2012 data of Tsinghua University to study the influence and mechanism of labor migration on migrant workers' well-being by using the tendency value matching and fixed effect model. Generally speaking, labor migration inhibits the happiness of migrant workers. Migrant workers pay for their income, but sacrifice their happiness. Among them, intimate relationships, living environment, interpersonal environment, And the change in the sense of belonging is an important reason why migration weakens happiness. The article argues that increasing migrant workers' income is important, but building a friendly environment for them. Enhancing the sense of belonging to the city is the key factor to enhance their happiness, which is also the core of the new urbanization construction of "people-oriented".
