【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展作為物流業(yè)的一個(gè)分支,在促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。在我國(guó)工業(yè)化發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化推進(jìn)的過(guò)程中,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流扮演著越來(lái)越關(guān)鍵的作用。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流可以帶動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變、保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、合理分配農(nóng)業(yè)資源和改變農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式,而因地制宜的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式可以指導(dǎo)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,因此研究城鎮(zhèn)化背景下遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式是目前遼寧省的重要任務(wù)。本文首先對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流和城鎮(zhèn)化的相關(guān)概念及特征進(jìn)行了界定,梳理和歸納系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,為研究城鎮(zhèn)化背景下遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物發(fā)展模式打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。其次,在對(duì)遼寧省原有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出城鎮(zhèn)化背景下遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式存在的問(wèn)題和主要影響因素。然后,在遵守模式構(gòu)建目標(biāo)和原則的前提下,為了解決原有模式中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下“農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群一體化”、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社”、“農(nóng)戶+農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社+龍頭企業(yè)”、“農(nóng)戶+農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社+批發(fā)市場(chǎng)”四種農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式,分析了模式運(yùn)作以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)的過(guò)程,并給出了四種農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)和適用條件。再次,從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)等6個(gè)方面,構(gòu)建了遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,然后用主成分聚類分析法進(jìn)行遼寧省14個(gè)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化水平的評(píng)價(jià)和分類,并按照各地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化水平的分類結(jié)果,對(duì)所構(gòu)建的四種農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行選擇,給出了與遼寧省各類別地區(qū)相符合的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式。最后,以沈陽(yáng)光輝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)為例,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的建立,仿真分析“農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群一體化”的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式的運(yùn)行效果,并給出對(duì)策建議。城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,適合的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展模式對(duì)遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的發(fā)展具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用,能夠促進(jìn)遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流資源有效整合,提升遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流效率,為政府決策提供支持,有利于從整體上提高遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a branch of logistics industry, the development of agricultural products logistics plays an important role in promoting agricultural industrialization and urbanization. The logistics of agricultural products plays a more and more crucial role. The logistics of agricultural products can promote the transformation of agricultural structure, ensure the quality of agricultural products, allocate agricultural resources rationally and change the mode of agricultural economic growth. The development model of agricultural product logistics according to local conditions can guide the further development of agricultural product logistics. Therefore, it is an important task to study the development mode of agricultural product logistics in Liaoning province under the background of urbanization. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts and characteristics of agricultural product logistics and urbanization. Combing and summing up the relevant theories of system dynamics lay a solid foundation for the study of the development model of agricultural products in Liaoning Province under the background of urbanization. Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of the original development mode of agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province, Find out the existing problems and main influencing factors of Liaoning province agricultural product logistics development model under the background of urbanization. Then, in order to solve the problems existing in the original model, under the premise of obeying the model construction goal and principle, The paper puts forward four kinds of agriculture under the background of urbanization: "Integration of agricultural products logistics industry cluster", "Internet farmer specialized cooperative", "peasant farmer specialized cooperative leading enterprise", "farmer farmer specialized cooperative wholesale market". Product logistics development model, This paper analyzes the mode operation and the construction process of agricultural product logistics information platform, and gives the advantages and applicable conditions of four agricultural product logistics development modes. Thirdly, from the six aspects of economic development, urban construction, etc. The evaluation index system of urbanization level in Liaoning Province is constructed, and then the evaluation and classification of urbanization level in 14 regions of Liaoning Province are carried out by principal component cluster analysis, and according to the classification results of urbanization level in each region, Four kinds of agricultural products logistics development models are selected, and the development models of agricultural products logistics are given according to the different regions of Liaoning Province. Finally, taking Shenyang Guangming Modern Agricultural demonstration Zone as an example, Through the establishment of the system dynamics model, the paper simulates and analyzes the effect of the agricultural product logistics development model of "agricultural product logistics industry cluster integration", and gives the countermeasures and suggestions under the background of urbanization. The suitable development mode of agricultural product logistics plays an important role in guiding the development of Liaoning agricultural product logistics. It can promote the effective integration of agricultural product logistics resources in Liaoning Province, promote the efficiency of agricultural product logistics in Liaoning Province, and provide support for government decision-making. It is beneficial to improve the competition strength of Liaoning agricultural products logistics industry and accelerate the development of regional economy.
