【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展以及城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),需要不斷改進(jìn)的生態(tài)環(huán)境和生活環(huán)境日益被重視,人們對(duì)綠化苗木的需求也在不斷地增長(zhǎng),園林苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)正逐漸變?yōu)槲覈?guó)擁有很大發(fā)展前景的產(chǎn)業(yè)。面對(duì)苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的良好機(jī)遇和公司發(fā)展的新形勢(shì)和新變化,本文從豐華農(nóng)業(yè)公司現(xiàn)存的優(yōu)勢(shì)與威脅出發(fā),擬發(fā)現(xiàn)其苗木營(yíng)銷策略存在的問題,并進(jìn)一步提出苗木營(yíng)銷策略優(yōu)化方案以及實(shí)施保障措施,助力公司把握發(fā)展機(jī)遇,不斷提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。豐華農(nóng)業(yè)公司的苗木業(yè)務(wù)是初級(jí)階段,營(yíng)銷策略存在許多問題,需要制定切實(shí)可行的和前瞻性的苗木營(yíng)銷策略優(yōu)化方案和保障措施的實(shí)施,本研究為豐華農(nóng)業(yè)公司開拓苗木業(yè)務(wù)提供了營(yíng)銷理論支持和策略指導(dǎo),并為其他苗木企業(yè)能夠更好的成長(zhǎng)提供理論和實(shí)踐兩方面的借鑒。首先,本文針對(duì)豐華公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入了解,又從地區(qū)內(nèi)和地區(qū)外兩方面分析苗木行業(yè)環(huán)境,并對(duì)公司所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況進(jìn)行了五力模型分析。然后,分析了公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、財(cái)務(wù)狀況以及人力資源情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過SWOT分析總結(jié)了公司機(jī)會(huì)和威脅以及優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并利用該分析確定了公司的苗木業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)該突出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),抓住外部政策的機(jī)會(huì)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。其次,本文深入分析了豐華公司當(dāng)前所施行的營(yíng)銷策略的問題,之后結(jié)合公司自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了更加符合豐華公司發(fā)展要求的營(yíng)銷策略。這項(xiàng)研究對(duì)豐華農(nóng)業(yè)公司發(fā)展苗木業(yè)務(wù)提供了理論支持和發(fā)展指導(dǎo),對(duì)其他苗木公司能夠起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's economy and the development of urbanization, the ecological environment and living environment, which need to be continuously improved, have been paid more and more attention to, and the demand for greening seedlings is also increasing. The garden seedling industry is gradually becoming an industry with great development prospects in our country. In the face of the good opportunities for the development of the seedling industry and the new situation and new changes in the development of the company, this paper proceeds from the existing advantages and threats of Fenghua Agricultural Company. To find out the problems existing in the marketing strategy of seedling, and further put forward the optimization scheme of marketing strategy of seedling and the implementation of safeguard measures to help the company grasp the opportunity of development. The seedling business of Fenghua Agricultural Company is at the initial stage, and there are many problems in marketing strategy, so it is necessary to formulate feasible and forward-looking seedling marketing strategy optimization scheme and guarantee measures. This research has provided the marketing theory support and the strategy instruction for Fenghua Agricultural Company to develop the seedling business, and provides the theory and the practice reference for the other seedling enterprises to grow better. First of all, This article has carried on the thorough understanding to the macro environment of Fenghua Company, and has analyzed the nursery stock industry environment from the two aspects inside and outside the region, and has carried on the five force model analysis to the competition situation which the company faces. Then, On the basis of analyzing the organizational structure, financial situation and human resources of the company, the paper summarizes the opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company through the SWOT analysis. By using this analysis, the author determines that the company's seedling business should highlight its own advantages and seize the opportunity of external policy development strategy. Secondly, this paper deeply analyzes the current implementation of Fenghua company's marketing strategy. Then combined with the company's own advantages, put forward a more suitable marketing strategy to meet the requirements of the development of Fenghua Corporation. This study provides theoretical support and development guidance for Fenghua Agricultural Company to develop its seedling business. For other seedling companies can play a reference role.
