【摘要】：[目的]梳理貴州省農村經濟效益與生態(tài)效益的關系,分析二者互為矛盾的原因,找到協(xié)調貴州省農村經濟效益與生態(tài)效益的出路。[方法]文章運用文獻總結法、對比分析方法,通過分析貴州省生態(tài)效益發(fā)展進程,找出經濟效益與生態(tài)效益的發(fā)展矛盾及其產生原因。[結果]重視暫時的經濟效益而忽視生態(tài)效益,導致農村環(huán)境污染日趨嚴重;生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱導致自然生態(tài)日益惡化;長期不合理的資源開發(fā)導致農村資源損耗形勢嚴峻。[結論]貴州省農村經濟效益與生態(tài)效益矛盾突出,應加強貴州省頂層設計,重視制度建設;積極轉變經濟發(fā)展方式,提高貴州省農村資源利用率;樹立正確的農村生態(tài)保護理念,為實現(xiàn)貴州省農村經濟效益與生態(tài)效益雙贏打下堅實基礎。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the relationship between rural economic benefit and ecological benefit in Guizhou province, analyze the causes of the contradiction between them, and find a way out to coordinate the rural economic and ecological benefits in Guizhou Province. [methods] the article applies the method of literature summary. By analyzing the development process of ecological benefit in Guizhou Province, the author finds out the contradiction between economic benefit and ecological benefit and its causes. [results] attach importance to temporary economic benefit while neglecting ecological benefit. As a result, the rural environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, the ecological environment is fragile, the natural ecology is getting worse, and the long-term unreasonable exploitation of resources leads to the serious situation of rural resource depletion. [conclusion] the contradiction between rural economic and ecological benefits in Guizhou Province is prominent. We should strengthen the top-level design of Guizhou Province, attach importance to the system construction, actively change the mode of economic development, improve the utilization rate of rural resources in Guizhou Province, and set up a correct concept of rural ecological protection. It will lay a solid foundation for realizing both economic and ecological benefits in rural areas of Guizhou Province.
