【摘要】：中巴經(jīng)濟走廊是當前"一帶一路"建設重要的組成部分,更是推進中國農(nóng)業(yè)"走出去"的重要戰(zhàn)略地區(qū)。本文以中巴經(jīng)濟走廊重點國家巴基斯坦為研究對象,分析了中巴兩國農(nóng)業(yè)合作現(xiàn)狀,以及巴基斯坦的投資環(huán)境和合作潛力。研究認為,中巴農(nóng)業(yè)合作目前仍處于發(fā)展初期階段,未來中巴農(nóng)業(yè)在技術(shù)合作、產(chǎn)能合作以及貿(mào)易合作等領域空間和潛力較大。巴基斯坦投資環(huán)境總體較為寬松,有利于中國企業(yè)以綠地投資、并購等方式開展投資合作,但投資中需規(guī)避政局動蕩及通脹等風險。
[Abstract]:China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is an important part of the construction of "Belt and Road" at present, and is also an important strategic area to promote the "going out" of Chinese agriculture. Taking Pakistan, a key country in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural cooperation between China and Pakistan, as well as the investment environment and cooperation potential of Pakistan. It is believed that the agricultural cooperation between China and Pakistan is still in the early stage of development, and there is great space and potential in the future in the fields of technical cooperation, capacity cooperation and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan. The overall investment environment in Pakistan is relatively loose, which is favorable for Chinese enterprises to carry out investment cooperation in the form of greenfield investment and mergers and acquisitions, but the investment needs to avoid the risks of political instability and inflation.
