【摘要】： 蒙古國是典型的草原畜牧業(yè)國家,在蒙古國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行中,草原畜牧業(yè)始終占有十分重要的基礎(chǔ)地位。但是長期以來,由于受到自然因素和人為的不合理經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的影響,草原面積縮小、草場退化以及自然災(zāi)害直接影響了草原畜牧業(yè)的快速健康發(fā)展。因此,如何修復(fù)和保護(hù)草原資源,解決草原荒漠化,如何做到經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)與壞境、人口之間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,從而使蒙古國的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)草原畜牧業(yè)能夠可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是需要盡快解決的一項(xiàng)重大問題。本文主要以民族經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、草原畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)說的有關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)蒙古國草原畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的諸多方面進(jìn)行理論分析和研究,并且努力嘗試將這些理論與蒙古國草原畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際相聯(lián)系,找出問題的根源并提出合理建議。 本文共分五個(gè)部分,緒論部分主要介紹了研究本課題的背景、研究意義和方法；第一部分介紹了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念、游牧經(jīng)濟(jì)與草原畜牧業(yè)及草原畜牧業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展；第二部分著重分析了蒙古國草原畜牧業(yè)的歷史變遷；第三部分分析了蒙古國草原畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題；第四部分蒙古國草原畜牧業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Mongolia is a typical prairie animal husbandry country. In the operation of Mongolian national economy, grassland animal husbandry always occupies a very important basic position. However, for a long time, due to the influence of natural factors and artificial unreasonable management activities, grassland area has been reduced, grassland degradation and natural disasters have directly affected the rapid and healthy development of grassland animal husbandry. Therefore, how to restore and protect grassland resources, solve grassland desertification, how to achieve coordinated development between economy, society and bad environment, and population, so that Mongolia's basic and superior industries grassland animal husbandry can develop sustainably. It is a major problem that needs to be solved as soon as possible. Guided by the theories of national economics and grassland animal husbandry economics, this paper makes theoretical analysis and research on many aspects of Mongolian grassland animal husbandry development. And try to link these theories with the development of Mongolian grassland animal husbandry, find out the root of the problem and put forward some reasonable suggestions. The first part introduces the concept of sustainable development, nomadic economy, grassland animal husbandry and the sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry. The second part focuses on the historical changes of Mongolian grassland animal husbandry; the third part analyzes the main problems in the development of Mongolian grassland animal husbandry; the fourth part of Mongolia grassland animal husbandry sustainable development countermeasures.
