【摘要】：在政府的支持鼓勵(lì)下,昆明市都市農(nóng)莊經(jīng)過(guò)5年的發(fā)展逐步形成了一定的規(guī)模,也取得了一定成效,帶動(dòng)昆明市現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí)也給農(nóng)民提供了大量的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。本文選取了昆明市五華區(qū)、西山區(qū)、富民縣、晉寧縣、石林彝族自治縣、尋甸彝族回族自治縣、東川區(qū)、呈貢區(qū)8個(gè)縣區(qū)來(lái)進(jìn)行分析,分析了8個(gè)縣區(qū)目前都市農(nóng)莊的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及存在的問(wèn)題;利用空間基尼系數(shù)、行業(yè)集中度兩個(gè)指標(biāo)計(jì)算得出昆明市都市農(nóng)莊空間布局特征,得出昆明市都市農(nóng)莊整體聚集程度低,主要集中在石林彝族自治縣、五華區(qū)、西山區(qū)、尋甸回族彝族自治縣;進(jìn)而對(duì)4個(gè)地區(qū)的都市農(nóng)莊發(fā)展重點(diǎn)分析,從區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、城鎮(zhèn)化水平、勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、核心城市影響、政策支持6個(gè)方面分析原因,最后對(duì)昆明市都市農(nóng)莊的發(fā)展提供一些政策建議,有助于把都市農(nóng)莊打造成為昆明的又一個(gè)名片。
[Abstract]:With the support and encouragement of the government, the urban farm in Kunming has gradually formed a certain scale after five years of development, and has also achieved certain results, which has promoted the development of modern agriculture in Kunming City and provided a large number of employment opportunities to farmers at the same time. In this paper, eight counties, including Wuhua District of Kunming City, Xishan District, Fumin County, Jinning County, Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Xundian Yi Hui Autonomous County, Dongchuan District, Chenggong District, are selected for analysis. This paper analyzes the development situation and existing problems of urban farms in eight counties and districts, calculates the spatial distribution characteristics of urban farms in Kunming by using spatial Gini coefficient and industry concentration. It is concluded that the overall agglomeration of urban farms in Kunming is low, mainly concentrated in Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Wuhua District, West Mountain area, Xundian Hui Yi Autonomous County, and then the development of urban farms in four regions is analyzed, and the location advantages are analyzed. This paper analyzes the causes of urbanization level, labor quality, economic development, core city influence and policy support. Finally, it provides some policy suggestions for the development of urban farms in Kunming. It helps to turn the city farm into another business card for Kunming.
