【摘要】：目前流通渠道已成為產(chǎn)品之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一個(gè)非常重要的籌碼。通暢的流通渠道代表著成本的降低、流通效率的提升以及利潤(rùn)的增加。隨著居民生活水平的逐步提高,消費(fèi)者在購(gòu)買農(nóng)產(chǎn)品時(shí)愈發(fā)的嚴(yán)格,特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品由于其獨(dú)特的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值、高質(zhì)等特點(diǎn)逐步受到居民的認(rèn)可,進(jìn)而使得其需求在逐步上漲。山西是特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的資源大省,雖然具有特色與市場(chǎng),但是由于渠道層次多、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、分散性等特點(diǎn),使得產(chǎn)品缺乏應(yīng)有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,對(duì)山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通渠道開展系統(tǒng)研究與分析,建立高效的流通渠道,對(duì)于促進(jìn)山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品更好的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。本文以山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通渠道為研究對(duì)象,以調(diào)查法為數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,在簡(jiǎn)述相關(guān)概念以及山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通渠道模式的基礎(chǔ)上,首先通過(guò)調(diào)查對(duì)流通渠道的現(xiàn)狀以及農(nóng)戶與消費(fèi)者的基本情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)性描述;接著采用因子分析法對(duì)農(nóng)戶與消費(fèi)者選擇流通渠道的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)流通渠道的運(yùn)行水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出流通渠道運(yùn)行水平處于一般水平。發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致渠道運(yùn)行水平較低的問題在:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的品牌建設(shè)不足;流通主體水平較低;物流、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)以及信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)水平不高等。最后根據(jù)國(guó)外先進(jìn)的特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通渠道經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,并相對(duì)應(yīng)的提出完善山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通渠道的建議。本文對(duì)山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通渠道的影響因素進(jìn)行分析及運(yùn)行水平評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)進(jìn)一步地完善山西特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通渠道具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the circulation channel has become a very important chip for the competition among the products. The smooth circulation channel represents the reduction of cost, the promotion of circulation efficiency and the increase of profits. With the gradual improvement of the living standard of the residents, the consumers are increasingly strict in the purchase of agricultural products, and the characteristic agricultural products are due to their unique nutritional value. The characteristics of high quality and quality are gradually accepted by the residents, and the demand is gradually rising. Shanxi is a large resource province of the characteristic agricultural products. Although it has the characteristics and the market, the product lacks the competitive power due to the characteristics of many channels, complex structure and dispersivity. Therefore, the circulation channel of Shanxi's characteristic agricultural products is carried out. The systematic research and analysis and the establishment of efficient circulation channels are of great significance for promoting the better development of Shanxi's characteristic agricultural products. This paper takes the circulation channel of Shanxi's characteristic agricultural products as the research object, taking the investigation method as the data source, and on the basis of briefly introducing the relevant concepts and the circulation channel pattern of Shanxi special agricultural products, Through the investigation of the current situation of circulation channels and the basic situation of farmers and consumers, the paper makes a statistical description of the basic situation of farmers and consumers, and then analyzes the factors influencing the selection of circulation channels by farmers and consumers by means of factor analysis, and evaluates the operation level of circulation channels by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and obtains the circulation channel. The operation level is at a general level. It is found that the problems that lead to the low running level of the channel are: the lack of brand construction of the agricultural products, the low level of the circulation main body, the low level of the construction of logistics, storage and information network infrastructure. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the circulation channels of Shanxi's characteristic agricultural products and the evaluation of its operation level, which is of practical significance to further improve the circulation channel of Shanxi's characteristic agricultural products.
