【摘要】：我國農(nóng)村的老齡化程度相對較高,而農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)老方式和社會養(yǎng)老保險都各自存在著一定的局限性,不能充分滿足農(nóng)民的養(yǎng)老需求,這就需要農(nóng)村大力推進商業(yè)養(yǎng)老保險的發(fā)展。本文對保定市農(nóng)村進行了實地走訪,設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷獲得調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),通過調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析保定市農(nóng)村商業(yè)養(yǎng)老保險的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,得出其發(fā)展存在的主要問題:農(nóng)村居民缺乏對商業(yè)養(yǎng)老保險的需求、針對農(nóng)村市場的養(yǎng)老保險產(chǎn)品供給不足、政策的支持力度不大,并對問題產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)原因深入探究,同時借鑒國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗,提出了刺激農(nóng)民有效需求、保險公司增加有效供給、完善相關(guān)法律,加大政策支持和監(jiān)管力度的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The aging degree of rural areas in China is relatively high, but the traditional rural old-age care methods and social old-age insurance have their own limitations, which can not fully meet the needs of farmers. This needs rural areas to vigorously promote the development of commercial endowment insurance. This article has carried on the field visit to the Baoding city countryside, designed the questionnaire to obtain the investigation data, through the investigation data analysis Baoding rural commercial endowment insurance development present situation, The main problems in its development are as follows: the rural residents lack the demand for commercial old-age insurance, the supply of pension insurance products in rural market is insufficient, the policy support is not enough, and the related reasons for the problem are deeply explored. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward to stimulate the effective demand of farmers, increase the effective supply of insurance companies, improve the relevant laws, strengthen policy support and supervision.
