文章摘要：運(yùn)用錫爾系數(shù)分解法，借助SPSS16．0和arcgis9．3軟件系統(tǒng)地分析了內(nèi)蒙古自1987年以來(lái)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)空差異及其演化過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明，在時(shí)間上內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的絕對(duì)差異和相對(duì)差異都在逐漸擴(kuò)大，2005年后呈急劇擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)；在空間上蒙中地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平明顯高于蒙東和蒙西；從分解分析來(lái)看，區(qū)內(nèi)三大地帶內(nèi)和地帶間差異都有逐漸擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)，地帶間差異是構(gòu)成差異的主要因素。研究認(rèn)為，，內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異已經(jīng)達(dá)到了限制經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的程度，形成差異原因包括資源、市場(chǎng)、政策和全球化等因素。

Abstr：This paper mainly uses method of theil index decomposition. With the help of SPSS16.0 and arcgis9.3 software systematically, it analyses the regional economic disparities and evolution in Inner Mongolia since China＇ s reform and opening up. It shows that the absolute and relative regional economic disparities in Inner Mongolia are increasingly great in terms of time, especially from 2005. And the level of economic development is much higher than the east and west areas of Inner Mongolia in terms of space. From the perspective of decomposition analysis, the economic disparities are increasingly large within and between three big areas, and the disparities between areas is the main factor of the whole regional economic disparities .The reasons of these disparities which restrict economic development include resources, market, policies and globalization.
