【摘要】：出現(xiàn)于20世紀(jì)80年代中期,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迄今為止沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一概念。國(guó)際貨幣基金組織對(duì)其的解釋是：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是指跨國(guó)商品與服務(wù)貿(mào)易及資本流動(dòng)規(guī)模和形式的增加,以及技術(shù)的廣泛迅速傳播使世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的相互依賴性增強(qiáng)。且不論經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的具體概念,在其出現(xiàn)后的50多年間,隨著全球化不斷加深,各國(guó)努力發(fā)展社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì),并且明顯地呈現(xiàn)出多邊合作發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),促進(jìn)與維護(hù)多邊利益關(guān)系的和諧,將成為國(guó)與國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康快速發(fā)展的客觀要求、重要前提和努力的目標(biāo)。 當(dāng)前,2008年全球經(jīng)融危機(jī)的影響仍未消除,歐債危機(jī)又增新風(fēng)波,加之全球政治氣氛緊張,導(dǎo)致全球經(jīng)濟(jì)回暖受到制約。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,各國(guó)想要獨(dú)自促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也就愈加艱難。各個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體之間只有相互合作,才能早些擺脫經(jīng)濟(jì)困境。 老撾與中國(guó)同屬社會(huì)主義國(guó)家,但老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平仍然比較低。中國(guó)經(jīng)過(guò)三十年的改革開放,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平逐年提高。老中兩國(guó)毗鄰,中國(guó)云南省與老撾接壤,云南省正在建設(shè)的橋頭堡項(xiàng)目,以及老中兩國(guó)都參與的大湄公河次區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作都將有助于兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作的發(fā)展。然而,在全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇的情況下,老撾需要中國(guó)的援助和經(jīng)貿(mào)的合作來(lái)提高自己的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,而中國(guó)也需要通過(guò)與老撾合作來(lái)拓寬合作領(lǐng)域。 本文結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對(duì)兩國(guó)貿(mào)易的影響,首先通過(guò)相應(yīng)的理論對(duì)老-中貿(mào)易進(jìn)行分析闡述,其次回顧與總結(jié)了老-中雙邊貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀,再次運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析方法,具體用雙邊貿(mào)易引力模型分析兩國(guó)的貿(mào)易,對(duì)兩國(guó)貿(mào)易的影響因素進(jìn)行了具體的剖析,從宏觀和微觀層面分析兩國(guó)貿(mào)易中存在的基本問(wèn)題,最后就存在的問(wèn)題提出了今后兩國(guó)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展貿(mào)易的策略思考。本文研究對(duì)于今后老中兩國(guó)貿(mào)易合作具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization, which appeared in the middle of 1980s, has not yet been a unified concept. The International Monetary Fund interprets it as an increase in the scale and form of transnational trade in goods and services and capital flows. And that the wide and rapid spread of technology has increased the interdependence of the economies of the world, regardless of the specific concept of economic globalization, and in the more than 50 years since its emergence, with the deepening of globalization, countries have endeavoured to develop the social economy, And obviously showing the trend of multilateral cooperation, promoting and maintaining the harmony of multilateral interest relations will become the objective requirement, important premise and goal of sustained and healthy rapid development of economy and society between countries. At present, in 2008, the impact of the global financial crisis has not been eliminated, the European debt crisis has added new turmoil, and the global political atmosphere is tense, which has led to the global economic recovery being constrained. In the context of economic globalization, It is increasingly difficult for countries to promote their economies on their own. Economies can only get out of their economic woes sooner if they cooperate with each other. Laos and China are both socialist countries, but the level of economic development in Laos is still relatively low. After 30 years of reform and opening up, the level of economic development in China has increased year by year. Laos and China are adjacent to China, and China's Yunnan Province borders Laos. The bridgehead project under construction in Yunnan Province, as well as the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation, in which both Laos and China are participating, will contribute to the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. However, with increasing global competition, Laos needs China's assistance and economic and trade cooperation to improve its own economic and social development, and China also needs to expand the scope of cooperation through cooperation with Laos. Combined with the impact of economic globalization on the trade between the two countries, this paper first analyzes the Lao-China trade through the corresponding theory, then reviews and summarizes the current situation of the Lao-China bilateral trade, and then uses the empirical analysis method. Using the bilateral trade gravity model to analyze the trade between the two countries, the influence factors of the trade between the two countries are analyzed concretely, and the basic problems in the trade between the two countries are analyzed from the macro and micro levels. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategic thinking on the further development of trade between the two countries in the future. This study has important guiding significance for the future trade cooperation between Laos and China.
