【摘要】：本文使用我國各個(gè)省及直轄市的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，首先使用考慮了空間關(guān)聯(lián)的知識(shí)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)分析在我國省域范圍內(nèi)影響知識(shí)溢出的因素以及我國的知識(shí)溢出程度，特別是討論政策性因素在知識(shí)生產(chǎn)以及知識(shí)存量積累中所起到的重要作用。之后分別對(duì)我國東中西部地區(qū)知識(shí)溢出對(duì)各自區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果顯示：2013年，，在我國整體層面上確實(shí)存在著較為明顯的知識(shí)溢出，且我國的知識(shí)生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)出了非常顯著地空間集聚現(xiàn)象。在其諸多影響因素中，來自國外的知識(shí)溢出對(duì)我國的知識(shí)生產(chǎn)起到了非常重要的正向積極作用，同時(shí)，來自我國國內(nèi)的知識(shí)溢出的作用也已經(jīng)開始顯現(xiàn)；結(jié)合我國的國情，2013年我國各地區(qū)政府對(duì)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的財(cái)政投入對(duì)各地區(qū)的知識(shí)生產(chǎn)起到了非常重要的作用，其中，東部與中部地區(qū)的政府科技財(cái)政投入對(duì)地區(qū)的知識(shí)生產(chǎn)有顯著的正向作用，而西部地區(qū)由于科技支出比例相對(duì)較低，其對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)知識(shí)生產(chǎn)的促進(jìn)作用仍未得到顯現(xiàn)。從我國整體層面上看，2013年我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的空間集聚現(xiàn)象非常顯著，在其諸多影響因素中，國內(nèi)知識(shí)溢出對(duì)我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響作用正在逐漸增大，來自國外的知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)仍然顯著，而以人力資本流動(dòng)為渠道的知識(shí)溢出對(duì)我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響差異相對(duì)較大。其中，國內(nèi)知識(shí)溢出對(duì)我國東部地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)有非常顯著的正向積極作用，對(duì)中部地區(qū)則有顯著的負(fù)向作用，而其對(duì)我國西部地區(qū)的作用仍未得到顯現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we use the relevant data of each province and municipality directly under the Central Government to analyze the factors that affect the knowledge spillover and the degree of knowledge spillover in our country. In particular, it discusses the important role of policy factors in knowledge production and knowledge stock accumulation, and then makes an empirical analysis of the impact of knowledge spillover on their respective regional economic growth in the east, west and west regions of China. The results of the evidence analysis show that in 2013, At the whole level of our country, there does exist more obvious knowledge spillover, and the knowledge production in our country presents a very significant phenomenon of spatial agglomeration. Knowledge spillover from abroad has played a very important positive role in our knowledge production, at the same time, the role of knowledge spillover from China has also begun to appear. In 2013, according to the national conditions of our country, the financial input of the governments of various regions to the science and technology industry played a very important role in the knowledge production of each region, among which, The financial input of government science and technology in the eastern and central regions has a significant positive effect on the knowledge production in the region, while the western region has a relatively low proportion of scientific and technological expenditure. From the whole level of our country, the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration of our country's regional economy in 2013 is very remarkable, among its many influence factors, The influence of domestic knowledge spillover on China's regional economy is gradually increasing, and the knowledge spillover effect from abroad is still significant. However, the influence of knowledge spillover through the channel of human capital flow on the development of regional economy in China is relatively large. Among them, the domestic knowledge spillover has a very significant positive effect on the regional economy in the eastern part of China. It has a negative effect on the central region, but its effect on the western region of our country has not been shown.
